Definitions
- the present invention relates to a new construction of driven roller conveyors and their components. Background of the invention and prior art
- Roller conveyors are, thanks to many variants, the ideal transport option for different goods. Roller conveyors are also used, among other things, to connect belt conveyors on a straight line or in curves. This often requires buffers that can compensate for different clock cycles of machines. It will z.T. Accumulation conveyor used, with which a stowage function can be achieved, which makes sense especially in the machine chaining.
- Roller conveyors can be used, among other things, as lightweight roller conveyors or as standard roller conveyors.
- Light roller conveyors which are also referred to as Kleinstrollen alreadyer, serve for the transport of small, lightweight items, especially over short distances.
- piece goods of a maximum of 15 kg per meter are transported with light roller conveyors at a conveying speed of approx. 1 m / s.
- a light roller conveyor with a length of 2 meters can consist of 57 rolls with a diameter of 30 mm (30 mm roll) and a roll pitch of 35 mm, so that even small transport goods can be safely transported and not get caught in the roller conveyor.
- Standard roller conveyors carry rollers with 50 mm diameter (50 mm roller) and a roller pitch of about 75 mm and more. The roles are ever made of plastic or metal. Roller conveyors are stationary systems in conveyor technology that move piece goods through an arrangement of rollers.
- the belt touches the rollers tangentially.
- the belt is supported either with support rollers or by means of slide, so that it comes to the required normal force between the conveyor roller and the belt.
- a more or less large bias of the belt is required depending on the belt used and torque to be transmitted.
- the belts must either be shortened to the required length on site and welded together, or additional deflection rollers and complex tensioning devices must be used if prefabricated drive belts with a predetermined length are to be used. It should be noted that only a few traction devices can be shortened to the desired length and that the quality of the weld on site can only be ensured with difficulty.
- the transmission element must always be very tight and be re-tensioned regularly. If the tension is too low, it can lead to strong vibrations or skip the teeth on the toothed discs. Too high forces cause a heavy load on the bearings and the belt and negatively affect the gear components due to wear. In addition, high forces, high stiffness of the belts, a variety of belt deflections and / or the use of slide rails lead to heavy loss friction, wear and unnecessary energy loss.
- roller In the drive from roller to roller drives a roller, which is connected to a drive motor, by means of transmission element mostly non-positively to the subsequent role. Another transmission element can drive the next following roller, etc. In this case, the transmission elements wrap around half the role.
- motorized rollers are sometimes used. These motorized rollers are integrated over the runway track, so that a motorized roller connected via round belts, e.g. drive four rollers each before and after the motorized roller.
- driven roller conveyors especially in the light roller conveyors, in which all or at least a majority of the rollers to be driven, therefore, the problem arises that a variety of driven rollers, with its own drive unit, are complex and expensive to implement.
- Powered roller conveyors where a variety of rollers via a drive unit are driven, require a relatively strong drive unit, because the power transmission from the drive unit is frictional and therefore associated with high energy consumption. In addition, a frictional operation often leads to wear and premature failure of components of the roller conveyors.
- One aspect for achieving the object relates to a conveyor track bearing element for attachment to a conveyor frame of a roller conveyor, wherein the conveyor track bearing element has a plurality of bearing points for supporting conveyor rollers on the conveyor frame,
- the conveyor track bearing element comprises a winning and rejects a winning outcome.

- the conveyor bearing element base may have two parallel side surfaces.
- the side surfaces may be substantially planar.
- the Lagerstellebegrenzungsetti may have the same thickness as the plate-shaped conveyor track bearing element. Due to the finger-like configuration of the bearing location limiting elements on the conveyor track bearing element base, the conveyor track bearing element may have a comb-like structure.
- the conveyor track bearing element has three or more bearing point limiting elements arranged in a row, wherein the first and the last bearing point limiting element together have the same thickness as one of the bearing point limiting elements arranged between them.
- the Lagerstellebegrenzungsetti which are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the base at the beginning and at the end of the base, each may have half the thickness, as each one of the Lagerstellebegrenzungs institute, which are arranged between them.
- the described embodiment makes it possible to line up conveyor track bearing elements, the bearing points having a constant pitch or being at a constant distance from one another.
- the bearing points on an elongated shape with a concave bearing base.
- the bearings may have lateral boundary surfaces which extend parallel to each other at least over a portion of the longitudinal extent of the bearings.
- the longitudinal extent of the bearing points can in this case be the same direction as the extension direction of the base, which is transverse to the longitudinal extension direction or longitudinal direction of the base.

Due to the parallel lateral boundary surfaces, the axle ends or shaft ends of the conveyor rollers can be fixed in the conveying direction in the bearing points. According to a further embodiment of the conveyor track bearing element, the bearings are open at the top, wherein the bearings can narrow in the upper region.
- “Open-topped” means that the bearings are open in a direction pointing upwards in the mounted state of the roller conveyor, so that a conveyor roller shaft can be inserted from above into the bearings.
- the upper region of a bearing point or the recess which forms the bearing point may optionally have a clear width or width which is smaller than the diameter of the corresponding region of the axle ends or shaft ends of the conveyor rollers.
- the axle ends or shaft ends of the conveyor rollers can be clipped into the bearings, the Lagerstellenbegrenzungs institute are resiliently pressed apart when inserting the conveyor rollers and then move back to their original position, so that the axle ends or shaft ends of the conveyor rollers are held in the mounted state in the bearing ,
- the bearing point or the recess which forms the bearing point can have a width which is at least as great as the diameter of the corresponding region of the axle ends or shaft ends of the conveyor rollers.
- the bearing point limiting elements can have recesses which reduce the elasticity of the bearing point limiting elements when the axle ends or shaft ends of the conveying rollers are clipped into the bearing points, i. when inserting the conveyor rollers, increase or improve.

- a diverting pulley area By removing the predetermined breaking area, a diverting pulley area can be released, so that the conveying area bearing element base is close to a Area of a pulley can be attached.
- An immediate attachment of the pulley on the conveyor frame increases the stability of the pulleys, which must accommodate the drive belt tension.
- Immediate attachment in the sense refers to attachment without a conveyor track bearing element disposed between the conveyor frame and the diverting pulley.
- the predetermined breaking region can be arranged at the beginning and / or at the end of the base, that is to say at the edge regions in the longitudinal direction of the base, preferably below the bearing points and the bearing location limiting elements.
- the conveyor track bearing element can be manufactured without predetermined breaking point. In this case, the conveyor track bearing element having one or more recesses for a Umlenkrollen Symposium.
- each bearing point has a first bearing point area and a second bearing point area which are arranged on opposite sides of the conveyor track bearing element and which have a different inside width.
- bearing area refers to a region of the bearing, which receives a shaft end or an axle end of the conveyor roller in the assembled state of the roller conveyor. Opposite sides of the conveyor track bearing element in this sense, referred to in the axial or shaft direction of the conveyor rollers opposite sides of the conveyor track bearing element. Different clear widths of the first bearing area and the second bearing area allow installation of the conveyor track bearing element in the conveyor frame in two rotated by 180 ° different positions, wherein in the first position of the first bearing area of the conveyor roller faces and facing in the second position of the second bearing point area of the conveyor roller is.
- conveyor rollers with different axle diameters of the axle ends can be stored in the conveyor track bearing element or conveyor rollers can be used with axes that are recorded directly in the bearings or Conveyor rollers with shafts, rolling bearings can be provided at the shaft end, which are received in the bearings. It is also conceivable that each bearing along the axis or shaft direction of the conveyor rollers has three, four or more bearing areas with different clearances, so that with a conveyor track bearing conveyor rollers can be stored with different Achsenden-diameter or Wälzlager tomessern, wherein the clear Widths of the bearing areas in the axis or shaft direction of the conveyor rollers can increase gradually.
- the conveyor track bearing element including the conveyor track bearing element base and the plurality of bearing point limiting elements is manufactured in one piece as an injection molded part.
- the bearing location limiting elements may also be cut out of a plate-shaped material, e.g. by water jet cutting.
- a mass production at low production costs is possible.
- Kunsstoffmaterialien can provide good damping properties and thus ensure high smoothness and low noise.
- the elasticity of the plastic material can also facilitate insertion or clipping of the axle ends or shaft ends of the conveyor rollers in the bearings.
- a second aspect for achieving the object relates to a retrofit set for a roller conveyor comprising a plurality of conveyor track bearing elements described above, fastening elements for fastening the conveyor track bearing elements to a conveyor frame, a plurality of conveyor rollers, and a drive system comprising at least one drive belt, a plurality of support rollers, at least one Deflection pulley, and at least one drive roller, which is connected to a drive motor.
- the retrofit kit may optionally include other components, such as a Belt tensioner.
- Other components that may include the retrofit kit will become apparent from the following description of the roller conveyor.
- a conveyor frame of an already existing roller conveyor or a roller conveyor system can be used. As a result, compared to a new acquisition of a complete roller conveyor or a complete roller conveyor costs can be saved.
- a third aspect for achieving the object relates to a roller conveyor comprising a plurality of conveyor track bearing elements described above, wherein the conveyor track bearing elements are fastened by at least one fastening element to a side profile of a conveyor frame, a drive system comprising at least one drive belt, which is stretched between two pulleys and the upper strand between the guide rollers is supported via a plurality of support rollers, and a plurality of conveyor rollers which are floatingly mounted on the upper run of the drive belt.
- a plurality of conveyor track bearing elements may be secured by a fastener to the conveyor frame.
- the drive system can be arranged below the conveyor roller plane.
- One of the deflection rollers may be formed as a drive roller which is connected to a drive motor. It is also conceivable that both deflection rollers are not driven, and that a drive roller is provided separately from the deflection rollers, for example in the region of the lower strand, in particular in the region of a belt tensioning device.
- a deflection roller or a plurality of deflection rollers can be provided, via which the drive belt can be guided for length compensation in a meandering shape, so that a small number of drive belts with different lengths is sufficient to produce a multiplicity of different lengths To train roller conveyor.
- the at least one fastening element, with which the conveyor track bearing elements are fastened to the side profile of the conveyor frame, is designed as a console-type bent sheet metal part.
- the fastening element is formed from an elongated sheet-metal strip, which in the transverse direction of the sheet metal strip extending adjacent to each other has a support area and a clamping area, wherein the support area is bent in relation to the clamping area by about 90 °.
- the fastener may further comprise a mounting portion, wherein the mounting portion is folded in relation to the support area by about 90 °.
- the attachment region may extend from the support region in the opposite direction as the clamping region.
- the attachment surface of the attachment portion, which in the assembled state bears against the side profile of the conveyor frame, and the clamping surface of the clamping portion may extend parallel to one another at a distance which corresponds to the thickness of the conveyor track bearing element.
- the attachment area can be screwed to the side profile of the conveyor frame, for example.
- a series of conveyor track bearing elements can be successively inserted into the channel, which is formed between the side profile of the conveyor frame and the fastening element. Due to the fact that the conveyor track bearing elements rest on the bearing surface of the fastening element, it can be ensured that the conveyor rollers mounted in adjacently arranged conveyor track bearing elements are arranged at a height level.
- the support rollers have a smooth profile, in particular a circular cylindrical shape.
- the guided on the support rollers drive belt can be designed as a V-ribbed belt.
- V-ribbed belts are available, for example, from the company Hutchinson under the name "Poly V-ribbed belts.”
- Carrier rollers with a smooth tread profile have the advantage, for example compared to carrying rollers with a V-ribbed profile, that a lower friction between the drive belt and idler roller occurs. This design of the support rollers is possible because the support rollers on the drive belt must transmit no forces in the conveying direction.
- roller conveyor may have a profile that is adapted to the profile of the drive belt.
- the two pulleys may have a V-ribbed profile.
- Axle receiving holes for receiving axles of the carrying rollers may be formed in the conveyor track bearing element.
- the axes of the idlers can be passed through the conveyor track bearing elements and e.g. be bolted to the conveyor frame.
- a defined position of the support rollers in relation to the bearing points in the longitudinal direction of the roller conveyor can be ensured via the axle receiving holes.
- a carrying roller may be e.g. are each arranged centrally between two conveyor rollers. In this case, all two conveyor rollers may be provided a support roller, so that due to the floating support and the distance of the conveyor rollers to the respective support rollers the same pressure between conveyor rollers and drive belt is guaranteed. With appropriate tension of the drive belt and an arrangement of three, four, five or more conveyor rollers between two support rollers is conceivable.
- the pitch of the conveyor track bearing elements is half of the conveyor roller distances in the assembled state of the roller conveyor.
- the pitch of the conveyor track bearing elements ie the distance between adjacent bearing points, may be slightly more than half of a roller diameter, so that a small distance remains between the conveyor rollers. Due to this finer pitch, single or multiple conveyor rollers can be mounted slightly offset in an inclined manner in the roller conveyor, so that a lateral movement component can be transferred to the conveyed goods.
- axle receiving holes may be provided below the bearings. In particular, an axle receiving hole can be provided under each or every second bearing point. This design ensures different mounting options.
- the support rollers can each be arranged centrally between two conveyor rollers.
- each support roller can be assigned to two conveyor rollers.
- the drive belt may in this case run between the conveyor rollers and the support rollers, wherein the contact of the drive belt to the conveyor rollers may be approximately tangential, so that the conveyor rollers float on the drive belt.
- the frictional force between the drive belt and the conveyor roller may depend on the weight of the conveyor rollers or the conveyed goods on the conveyor rollers.
- the frictional force can increase if the conveyor rollers load the conveying rollers in the area of the conveying load more strongly onto the drive belt, or if the drive belt is more strongly trapped between the carrying rollers and the conveyor rollers.
- a conveyor roller is pressed only by its own weight on the drive belt. It is also possible that the idler rollers are pressed onto the drive frame by a tensioning device comprising, for example, a spring.
- the conveyor rollers may have axes whose ends are inserted into the bearings, as well as a rotatably mounted on the axes conveyor roller shell. In this design, the axes of the conveyor rollers do not rotate in the bearings during operation of the roller conveyor.
- the roller conveyor may be designed as accumulating conveyor.
- the conveyor rollers may each have a shaft which rotates during operation of the roller conveyor.
- rolling bearings can be provided at the shaft ends, which in turn corresponding bearing point are stored.
- the conveyor rollers may further comprise a drive sleeve which may be rotatably connected to the shaft.
- the drive sleeve can float on the drive belt.
- the conveyor roller of the accumulation conveyor may comprise a friction sleeve or a plurality of friction sleeves. Friction sleeves are sleeves which are stuck play-loaded on the shaft, so that they are driven only due to a frictional force between the hub of the friction sleeve and the shaft.
- each conveyor roller on a plurality of Fritationshülsen, which are arranged in series next to each other on the drive sleeves.

- FIG. 5 shows a sectional view of a further embodiment of a conveyor track bearing element with a corresponding fastening element.
- FIG 1 a shows components of a roller conveyor 1 in a plan view from above.
- the roller conveyor 1 has conveyor rollers 20 which are mounted floating on a drive belt 31.
- Figure 1 b shows the roller conveyor of Figure 1a in a side view.
- comb-like conveying path bearing elements 50 can be seen, which are described in more detail with reference to Figures 3 and 4.
- the conveyor rollers 20 float on an upper run 311 of the drive belt 31.
- the drive belt 31 is stretched over a belt tensioning device 39 and the upper strand 311 extends between two deflection rollers 36.
- the conveying rollers 20 rest on the tensioned upper strand 31, so that the upper strand 311 touches the conveying roller shell of the conveying rollers 20.
- a frictional force between the conveyor rollers 20 and the drive belt 31 due to the weight of the conveyor rollers 20 can be generated.
- the frictional force between the drive belt 31 and the conveyor rollers 20 increases with the delivery load.
- the upper run 311 is deflected by the deflection rollers 36 in the direction of the lower run 312.
- the drive belt 31 is driven by a drive system 30.
- the drive system has a drive roller 37 which may be connected to a horizontal drive motor 38, as shown in FIG.
- the upper strand 311 is supported on its side facing away from the conveyor rollers by a plurality of support rollers 32.
- a support roller 32 is arranged.
- all two conveyor rollers 20 may be arranged a support roller 32. It is also conceivable that between each conveyor roller 20, a support roller 32 is arranged.
- the drive belt 31 may be designed as a V-ribbed belt.
- V-ribbed belts have the advantage that they can be deflected along small radii due to the flat cross-section, so that in this embodiment, the first and the last conveyor roller 20 of the roller conveyor 1 still rest on the drive belt 31 and can be driven by this.
- the drive roller 37 has a profile corresponding to the V-ribbed profile of the V-ribbed belt.
- the support rollers 32 may have a smooth surface profile. This has the advantage that the Friction between the support rollers 32 and the upper strand 311 can be reduced and that the support rollers have a cylindrical tread that is easy to manufacture.
- Each second or third support roller 32 may have a flange, which prevents slippage of the drive belt from the running surface of the support roller 32.
- FIG 2 shows a short section of the roller conveyor 1 of Figures 1 a and 1 b in an isometric view obliquely from below.
- the roller conveyor 1 has a conveyor frame 10, which comprises two side profiles 11.
- the conveyor rollers 20 are rotatably supported between the side profiles 11.
- conveyor track bearing elements 50 are provided which in .
- Reference to Figures 3 and 4 will be described in more detail.
- FIG. 3 shows a partial view from FIG. 2 without side profile, in which two such conveyor track bearing elements 50 can be seen.
- FIG. 4 shows a single conveyor bearing element 50 according to another embodiment.
- the conveyor track bearing element 50 has a conveyor track bearing base 51 with a straight lower edge, which rests on a support region 42 of a fastener 40. From the conveyor track bearing base 51, a plurality of bearing point limiting members 53 extend upward. Between the Lagerstellenbegrenzungs instituten 53 bearings 54 are arranged.
- the bearings 54 may have in the lower region two parallel lateral boundary surfaces 541, which may have a distance which corresponds substantially to the diameter of an axle end 22 of a conveyor roller 20. In such a bearing 54, the axle 22 of a conveyor roller 20 can be fixed in the lateral direction. Due to the elongated design of the bearing 54, the axle 22 in the bearing 54 can move up and down.
- the bearings 54 are open at the top, so that the axle ends 22 simply from above in the bearings 54 can be inserted.
- the bearings in the upper region 542 can narrow slightly, so that the axle ends 22 can be clipped into the bearings and prevented from jumping out of the bearing.
- Lagerstellenbegrenzungselement 532 each be narrower than the interposed Lagerstellenbegrenzungs institute 53. Together, the first and the last Lagerstellenbegrenzungselement 531, 532 have the width of one of the interposed Lagerstellebegrenzungs institute 53. Thus, it can be ensured that the bearing points 54 of a plurality of conveyor track bearing elements 50 arranged next to one another have the same distance from one another via the conveyor track bearing elements 50.
- the distances between two bearing points 54 can be half the distance from two center points of two adjacent conveying rollers 20. If necessary, it is possible to position the conveyor rollers at different distances from one another along the conveyor path. It is also conceivable that isolated conveyor rollers on one side of the conveyor roller 20 slightly obliquely to the conveying direction offset by a bearing point are used in the bearings 54. By such an oblique arrangement of one or more conveyor rollers 20 conveyed goods that are transported on the roller conveyor 1, can be easily offset laterally.
- the conveyor track bearing elements 50 In order to enable positioning of the support rollers 32 as accurately as possible between the conveyor rollers 20, the conveyor track bearing elements 50 have axle receiving holes 57. Through these axle receiving holes 57, the support roller axes of the support rollers 32 can be inserted so that the support rollers 32 occupy a defined position relative to the bearing points 54 arranged above them and thus to the conveyor rollers 20.
- the conveyor track bearing element 50 shown in FIG. 4 also has predetermined breaking points
- FIG. 5 shows a sectional view of a further embodiment of a conveyor track bearing element 50 with a corresponding fastening element 40.
- This figure shows the fastening element 40 with which the conveyor track bearing elements 50 are fastened to the side profile 11 of the roller conveyor 1.
- the fastening element 40 has a fastening region 41 which can be brought into contact with the side profile 11 and fastened there.
- a support region 42 adjoins in the horizontal direction, which in turn merges into a clamping region 43 which extends substantially vertically upwards.
- the distance between a clamping surface 431 of the clamping portion 43 has in the mounted position of the fastening element 40 at a distance from the surface of the side profile 11, which corresponds to the thickness of the conveyor track bearing element 50.
- the conveyor bearing member 50 can be inserted into the groove formed between the side profile 11 and the clamping portion 43, so that easy assembly is ensured.
- the conveyor track bearing elements 50 can be screwed in the inserted position.
- screws can be inserted through holes in the clamping region 43 of the fastening element 40 and through corresponding elongated holes, which are shown in the winningumblenlager institutenbasis 51, and bolted to the side profile 1 1.
- the bearings 54 each have a first Bearing area 543 and a second bearing area 544 may have.
- the clearances of the bearing areas 543, 544 can be dimensioned such that in the first bearing area 543 the axis of a conveyor roller can be accommodated while the clear width of the second Bearing portion 544 is dimensioned with respect to a rolling bearing, which is attached to an axle end or shaft end of a conveyor roller 20.
- Such a design allows the use of different types of conveyor rollers 20 for mounting using only one type of conveyor bearing members 50.
- certain areas may be provided with conveyor rollers 20 having a conveyor roller shell which is rotatably mounted about a roller axis.
- conveyor rollers 20 can be used, in which at least a part of the conveyor roller shell sits firmly on a shaft and rotates together with the shaft.
- Such a shaft can be rotatably mounted in the conveyor track bearing element 50 via a sliding bearing or a roller bearing.
- Such conveyor rollers 20 are e.g. used in accumulation conveyors.
- such conveyor rollers 20 in addition to the part of the conveyor roller shell, which is fixedly mounted on the shaft, friction sleeves, which are only loosely stuck to the shaft and can be easily rotated relative to the shaft.
