Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif (1) permettant de désempiler et de transporter des objets (5) en forme de plaque, en particulier des feuilles de verre, afin de les déplacer depuis des supports de stockage (3) jusqu'à des éléments de l'installation situés en aval. Le dispositif présente une grue munie d'un portique (7), dans lequel est agencé un dispositif de préhension (21) destiné à saisir une feuille de verre (5) uniquement dans la zone de son bord supérieur. Le dispositif de préhension (21) se présente par exemple sous la forme d'une rangée d'éléments d'aspiration (35), auxquels sont éventuellement associés des dispositifs de serrage (37) pour le maintien par serrage des feuilles de verre (5). Le dispositif de préhension (21) présente des bras de support (41) pouvant pivoter vers le bas qui sont situés dans la zone inférieure d'une feuille de verre (5) sur une grande surface de la feuille de verre (5). De manière avantageuse, le dispositif de préhension (21) destiné à saisir des feuilles de verre (5) peut être déplacé d'un espace (31) entre des supports de stockage (3) à l'espace suivant (31), sans être nécessairement déplacé transversalement hors de l'espace (31) entre les supports de stockage (5).
