Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de génération d'ultrasons dans un fluide donné en utilisant au moins un transducteur capacitif micro-usiné (cMUT) (100) comprenant une membrane (102) et présentant une fréquence de résonance prédéterminée définie par le couple membrane- fluide, caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un transducteur (100) est alimenté avec un signal d'excitation de fréquence inférieure à ladite fréquence centrale. Elle concerne également un dispositif de génération d'ultrasons mettant en œuvre des cMUTs ainsi qu'un procédé et système d'imagerie médicale.
