Abstract

본 발명은 전지셀들이 둘 이상의 개수로 측면 방향으로 배열되어 있는 전지셀 배열체와 보호회로 모듈이 장착되는 전지팩용 팩 케이스로서, 상기 전지셀 배열체와 보호회로 모듈을 탑재하는 하부 케이스; 상기 하부 케이스를 덮어 전지셀 배열체와 보호회로 모듈의 위치를 고정시키는 상부 케이스;를 포함하고 있고, 상기 하부 케이스는 전지셀들이 탑재되는 전지셀 장착부와 보호회로 모듈이 탑재되는 보호회로 모듈 장착부로 구획되어 있으며, 상기 전지셀 장착부와 보호회로 모듈 장착부가 접하는 부위에는 구획을 형성하기 위한 격벽이 형성되어 있고, 격벽 중 전지셀들의 전극단자와 보호회로 모듈의 전기적 접속부위에 대응하는 부위에는 전지셀들의 전극단자가 보호회로 모듈 방향으로 노출될 수 있도록 개구가 형성되어 있는 팩 케이스를 제공한다.
