Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Batterie (3, 46), die mehrere Zellen (4, 18, 19), vorzugsweise Lithium-Ionen-Zellen, und ein Außengehäuse (7, 11, 51) umfasst, wobei mehrere Zellen (4, 18, 19) zusammengefasst jeweils Module (8, 52) bilden und die Module (8, 52) nebeneinander angeordnet sind, wobei über Modulgehäuse (9, 29, 31) der Module (8, 52) die Zellen (4, 18, 19) miteinander im Schadensfalle trennbar verbunden in dem Außengehäuse (7, 11, 51) angeordnet sind und wobei jeweils ein Modulgehäuse (9, 29, 31) eines Moduls (8) eine erste Struktur (10) bildet, die schockabsorbierend im Schadensfall wirkt und mehrere Modulgehäuse (9, 29, 31) in dem Außengehäuse (7, 11, 51) fest angeordnet sind.
