L'invention porte sur un procédé et un système de paiement, traitant toutes les opérations commerciales et financières, telles que : le paiement, l'achat, le transfert d'argent et le paiement de factures, à l'aide d'un crédit et d'un compte de téléphone à fil, sans fil et mobile en tant qu'alternative financière au transport d'argent ou de cartes de crédit, comprenant également : le traitement de toutes les opérations commerciales par l'intermédiaire de : Internet, un guichet automatique bancaire (GAB) et un point de vente (PDV), le traitement et la détermination des taux de change pour l'échange de crédit de téléphone avec de l'argent et vice versa, le transfert et l'achat de crédit de téléphone mobile avec de l'argent retiré dans un guichet automatique bancaire (GAB), le transfert d'un crédit de téléphone mobile entre les mêmes opérateurs ou des opérateurs différents dans des pays différents.
