在上述的捆绑器中, 所述的本体与所述的卷轴之间还设有一 离合机构, 该离合机构在合上时能够产生一个克服所述的卷簧弹 力的阻力。 本离合机构常态处于接合状态且该状态时能够克服卷 簧的弹力使卷轴定位于本体上, 且当卷带受向外拉的拉力时能够 迫使本离合机构分离, 由此卷带能够从卷轴中释放。 操纵离合机 构使其处于分离状态时, 卷轴在卷簧弹力作用下向收卷卷带方向 转动, 进而连续收卷卷带。 同时, 可以控制操纵离合机构的时间, 进而控制卷轴在卷簧弹力作用下收卷卷带的长度。
在上述的捆绑器中, 所述的离合机构包括固定在卷轴上的离 合棘轮和铰接在本体上能嵌入离合棘轮的棘齿间的棘爪, 在棘爪 和本体之间设有使棘爪头部具有嵌入离合棘轮的棘齿间运动趋势 的弹簧。 在固定连接卷带过程中棘爪与离合棘轮应当处于啮合状 态; 在收卷卷带过程中及拉紧卷带过程中棘爪与离合棘轮应当处 于分离状态。
在上述的捆绑器中,所述的离合机构所产生的阻力是摩擦力。 在上述的捆绑器中, 所述的离合机构包括固定在卷轴上的离 合片一和位于离合片一一侧的离合片二, 所述的离合片二周向固 定于本体上, 在离合片二和本体之间设有使离合片二贴合在离合 片一上的离合弹簧。 本离合机构只包括离合片一、 离合片二和弹 簧, 由此具有结构简单、 设计合理的优点。 当拉动卷带, 卷带从 卷轴中释放, 卷轴被卷带带动而转动, 进而带动卷簧转动使卷簧 逐渐张紧; 同时, 卷轴带动离合片一转动, 迫使离合片二克服离 合片一和离合片二之间的摩擦力而轴向移动并脱离离合片一; 此 时, 本离合机构处于分离状态, 转轴能够自由转动。 当停止拉动 卷带后, 离合片二在离合弹簧作用下重新贴合, 此时, 本离合机 构处于接合状态, 转轴被锁住而无法转动; 从而有效的防止了在
拉动卷带过程中出现卷轴在卷簧弹簧作用下反转, 将卷带收卷回 至卷轴上的现象。
在上述的捆绑器中, 所述的卷轴的两端均穿出本体, 所述的 卷簧内端与卷轴的一端相连, 离合片一固定于卷轴的另一端上, 上述的离合片二位于离合片一和本体之间, 上述的离合弹簧一端 抵靠在本体上, 另一端抵靠在离合片二上。 卷簧和离合机构分别 连接在卷轴的两端, 即分别位于本体的两侧, 从而使本捆绑器的 各个部件布置更合理, 结构更紧凑。
为了增加离合片一和离合片二之间的摩擦力可采用以下其中 的一种方案来实施:
第一种方案: 在上述的捆绑器中, 所述的离合片二的贴合面 上周向均匀分布有若干个离合槽, 所述的离合片一上分布有与离 合片二上的离合槽位置一一对应的且能够嵌入离合槽内的离合凸 点。 离合槽和离合凸点均称半球状, 从而使离合凸点与离合槽更 易相互脱离, 即使离合片二更易脱离离合片一。 上述的离合凸点 与离合槽均通过冲压成型得到, 由此具有加工离合片一和离合片 二方便, 生产成本低的优点。 由此, 在冲压成型离合槽时必然同 时成型凸点, 该凸点具有定位上述离合弹簧的作用。
第二种方案: 在上述的捆绑器中, 所述的离合片一的贴合面 上周向均匀分布有若干个离合槽, 所述的离合片二上分布有与离 合片一上的离合槽位置一一对应的且能够嵌入离合槽内的离合凸 点。
第三种方案: 在上述的捆绑器中, 所述的离合片一的贴合面 和离合片二的贴合面上均固定有摩擦片。 摩擦片可以采用橡胶等 材料制成, 在离合片一的贴合面和离合片二的贴合面上设置摩擦 片后两者之间的摩擦系数将远大于离合片一和离合片二之间直接 接触的摩擦系数。
在上述的捆绑器中, 所述的离合片一外罩设有固定于本体上 的盒罩一, 上述的离合片二周向固定在盒罩一上; 所述的盒罩一
上设有按钮, 按钮的内端抵靠在离合片二上, 且当操纵按钮能够 使离合片二脱离离合片一。 由上述结构可得, 离合片一、 离合片 二和离合弹簧均位于盒罩一内, 由此, 盒罩一能有效起保护离合 装置的作用。 操纵按钮能够使离合片二沿着卷轴轴向移动脱离离 合片一, 进而离合片二压缩离合弹簧; 当终止操纵按钮后, 离合 片二在离合弹簧的弹力作用下再次贴合在离合片一上。
在上述的捆绑器中, 所述的卷簧外罩设有固定于本体上的盒 罩二。 盒罩二能有效起保护卷簧的作用。
在上述的捆绑器中, 所述的本体外壁固定有盒体, 上述的盒 罩一和盒罩二均固的在盒体上。 上述的盒体、 盒罩一、 盒罩二均 可以选用不同颜色的塑料材料制成, 从而能使本产品外观更为美 观。
与现有技术相比, 本捆绑器具有以下优点:
1、 本捆绑器上设置了使卷轴始终具有收卷卷带的趋势的卷 簧, 从而实现自动收卷的卷带的功能, 在卷簧的弹力作用下能够 使卷轴连续转动, 进而节约了收卷卷带的时间, 提高了收卷效率。
2、在捆绑器上设置了离合机构, 操作本离合机构能够控制卷 轴的转动与停止, 从而有效的控制卷簧的张紧和松弛, 即可以控 制在卷簧弹力作用下收卷卷带的时间和长度等。
3、 本捆绑器中的离合机构具有结构简单、 设计合理的优点。
4、 本捆绑器还具有布局合理、 使用寿命长、 产品外观美观的 优点。 附图说明

以下是本发明的具体实施例并结合附图, 对本发明的技术方 案作进一步的描述, 但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
如图 1、 图 2和图 3所示, 本捆绑器包括一个本体 1、 手柄 4、 卷轴 8、 棘轮 2、 卷带 3、 拉手 6、 卷簧 14、 离合机构。
具体来说, 手柄 4和本体 1通过卷轴 8铰接, 棘轮 2固定在 卷轴 8上; 卷带 3绕卷在卷轴 8上。拉手 6滑动连接在手柄 4上, 拉手 6端部能嵌入棘轮 2的棘齿间, 在拉手 6和手柄 4之间设有 使拉手 6端部始终具有向嵌入棘轮 2的棘齿间滑动趋势的复位离 合弹簧 1 1。 挡板滑动连接在本体 1上, 挡板端部能嵌入棘轮 2的 棘齿间, 在挡板和本体 1之间设有使挡板端部始终具有向嵌入棘 轮 2的棘齿间滑动趋势的复位离合弹簧 1 1。 当拉手 6端部嵌入棘 轮 2 的棘齿间时, 挡板端部也嵌入棘轮 2的棘齿间, 扳动手柄 4 便带动卷轴 8转动, 进而将卷带 3收卷在卷轴 8上。 本体 1上开 有锁紧槽 l b, 当拉手 6端部位于锁紧槽 l b 内时, 拉手 6端部和 挡板端部均仍嵌于棘轮 2的棘齿间, 卷轴 8被锁住, 卷带 3也被 锁住。 本体 1上开有脱离槽 l a , 当拉手 6端部位于脱离槽 l a内 时, 拉手 6端部和挡板端部均脱离棘轮 2的棘齿间, 拉动卷带 3 使卷带 3从卷轴 8中释放并带动卷轴 8转动。
如图 3所示, 卷簧 14位于本体 1的外侧, 卷轴 8的两端均穿 出本体 1, 卷簧 14的内端与卷轴 8的一端相固连, 卷簧 14的外 端与本体 1相连,卷轴 8在该卷簧 14弹力作用下始终具有收卷卷 带 3的趋势。 由此, 当卷带 3从卷轴 8中释放出时带动卷轴 8转 动, 进而使卷簧 14逐渐张紧; 反之, 在卷簧 14弹力作用下能够 带动卷轴 8转动, 进而将卷带 3收卷在卷轴 8上, 同时, 卷簧 14 逐渐松弛。
在本体 1上还设有与卷轴 8相连且能够锁住卷轴 8的离合机 构。 通过本离合机构限制卷轴 8的转动, 从而有效的控制卷簧 14 的张紧和松弛,即可以控制在卷簧 14弹力作用下收卷卷带 3的时 间和长度等。
如图 3和图 4所示, 离合机构包括固定在卷轴 8另一端上的 离合片一 9和位于离合片一 9和本体 1之间的离合片二 10 ; 离合 片一 9可以通过螺钉固定在卷轴 8上, 也可以将离合片一 9铆接 固定在卷轴 8上。离合片二 10周向固定于本体 1上, 在离合片二 10和本体 1之间设有使离合片二 10贴合在离合片一 9上的离合 弹簧 1 1 ; 离合弹簧 1 1一端抵靠在本体 1上, 另一端抵靠在离合 片二 10上。
在离合片二 10的贴合面上沿卷轴 8轴芯周向均匀分布有若干 个离合槽 10a,离合片一 9上分布有与离合片二 10上的离合槽 10a 位置一一对应的且能够嵌入离合槽 10a内的离合凸点 9a, 设置离 合凸点 9a和离合槽 10a增大了两者之间周向运动的摩擦力。离合 槽 10a和离合凸点 9a均称半球状, 从而使离合凸点 9a与离合槽 10a更易相互脱离, 即使离合片二 10更易脱离离合片一 9。 上述 的离合凸点 9a与离合槽 10a均通过冲压成型得到,由此具有加工 离合片一 9和离合片二 10方便, 生产成本低的优点。 由此, 在冲 压成型离合槽 10a时必然同时成型凸点, 该凸点具有定位上述离 合弹簧 1 1的作用。
另外, 根据离合机构实际情况为了增加离合片一 9和离合片
二 10之间的摩擦力也可采用以下其中的一种方案来实施: 第一种方案: 如图 5所示, 离合片一 9的贴合面上周向均匀 分布有若干个离合槽 10a , 所述的离合片二 10上分布有与离合片 一 9上的离合槽 10a位置一一对应的且能够嵌入离合槽 10a内的 离合凸点 9a。
第二种方案: 如图 6所示, 离合片一 9的贴合面和离合片二 10的贴合面上均固定有摩擦片 18。 摩擦片 18可以采用橡胶材料 制成,在离合片一 9的贴合面和离合片二 10的贴合面上设置摩擦 片 18后两者之间的滑动摩擦系数将远大于离合片一 9和离合片二
10之间直接接触的滑动摩擦系数。
在本体 1外壁固定有采用塑料材料制成的盒体 5, 盒体 5上 具有供卷带 3穿越的开口 5a。 本开口 5a的宽度与卷带 3的宽度 相适应, 该开口 5a能够避免卷带 3在收卷的时候发生缠绕现象。
在离合片一 9外罩设有扣接固定于盒体 5上的盒罩一 12, 由 此可得, 离合片二 10和离合弹簧 1 1也位于盒罩一 12内。上述的 离合片二 10外缘上开有凹槽 17, 盒罩一 12的内壁上具有一条定 位凸条 16, 该定位凸条 16嵌入上述的凹槽 17内, 因此, 离合片 二 10被周向固定在盒罩一 12上。 盒罩一 12上设有按钮 13, 按 钮 13的内端抵靠在离合片二 10上,操纵按钮 13能够使离合片二 10沿着卷轴 8轴向移动脱离离合片一 9,进而离合片二 10压缩离 合弹簧 1 1 ; 当终止操纵按钮 13后, 离合片二 10在离合弹簧 1 1 的弹力作用下再次贴合在离合片一 9上。 由此, 盒罩一 12能有效 起保护离合装置的作用, 同样, 为了更好的保护卷簧 14, 在卷簧 14外罩设有固定于盒体 5上的盒罩二 15。 盒体 5、 盒罩一 12、 盒 罩二 15均可以选用不同颜色的塑料材料制成,从而能使本产品外 观更为美观。
本拉紧器捆绑货物的具体使用过程如下: 首先, 将拉紧器置 于合适位置且将其固连连接。
然后,固定连接卷带 3。将拉手 6端部调至位于脱离槽 l a内,
拉动卷带 3, 卷带 3从卷轴 8中释放并将卷带 3的外端固定连接 于合适位置上。 在此过程中, 卷轴 8被卷带 3带动而转动, 进而 带动卷簧 14转动使卷簧 14逐渐张紧; 同时, 离合机构做间歇离 合, 即卷轴 8带动离合片一 9转动, 从而迫使离合片二 10轴向移 动脱离离合片一 9; 且当停止拉动卷带 3后, 离合片二 10在离合 弹簧 11作用下重新贴合,从而有效的防止了在拉动卷带 3过程中 出现卷轴 8在卷簧 14弹簧 7作用下反转,将卷带 3收卷回至卷轴 8上的现象。
接着, 拉紧卷带 3完成捆绑货物。 调整拉手 6位置并扳动手 柄 4直至使卷带 3处于绷紧状态, 并再次调整拉手 6位置使拉手 6端部位于锁紧槽 lb内; 由此, 货物被牢固且稳定的捆绑。
最后, 松绑并收卷卷带 3。 调整拉手 6位置使拉手 6端部位 于脱离槽 la内, 按动按钮 13直至离合片二 10脱离离合片一 9, 此时, 卷簧 14在弹簧 7作用下逐渐松弛并带动卷轴 8反转, 进而 将卷带 3收卷回至卷轴 8上, 从而大大方便了了收卷卷带 3, 有 效的节约了时间。
本文中所描述的具体实施例仅仅是对本发明精神作举例说 明。 本发明所属技术领域的技术人员可以对所描述的具体实施例 做各种各样的修改或补充或采用类似的方式替代, 但并不会偏离 本发明的精神或者超越所附权利要求书所定义的范围。

Claims
1、 一种捆绑器, 包括一个本体 (1)、 手柄 (4)、 卷轴 (8), 手柄 (4) 和本体 (1) 通过卷轴 (8) 铰接, 所述的卷轴 (8) 上 固定有棘轮 (2) 和绕卷有卷带 (3), 所述的手柄 (4) 上滑动连 接有拉手 (6), 拉手 (6) 端部能嵌入棘轮 (2) 的棘齿间, 所述 的本体 (1) 上滑动连接有挡板, 挡板端部能嵌入棘轮 (2) 的棘 齿间, 其特征在于, 所述的卷轴 (8) 和本体 (1) 之间设有卷簧
(14), 所述的卷簧 (14) 的内端与卷轴 (8) 相连, 卷簧 (14) 的外端与本体 (1) 相连, 在卷簧 (14) 弹力作用下卷轴 (8) 具 有向收卷卷带 (3) 方向转动的趋势。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的捆绑器, 其特征在于, 所述的本体 (1) 与所述的卷轴 (8) 之间还设有一离合机构, 该离合机构在 合上时能够产生一个克服所述的卷簧 (14) 弹力的阻力。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的捆绑器, 其特征在于, 所述的离合 机构包括固定在卷轴 (8) 上的离合棘轮和铰接在本体 (1) 上能 嵌入离合棘轮的棘齿间的棘爪, 在棘爪和本体(1)之间设有使棘 爪头部具有嵌入离合棘轮的棘齿间运动趋势的弹簧。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的捆绑器, 其特征在于, 所述的离合 机构所产生的阻力是摩擦力。
5、 根据权利要求 3所述的捆绑器, 其特征在于, 所述的离合 机构包括固定在卷轴(8)上的离合片一(9)和位于离合片一(9) 一侧的离合片二 (10), 所述的离合片二 (10) 设置在本体 (1) 上且离合片二 (10) 能沿着卷轴轴向移动, 在离合片二 (10) 和 本体 (1) 之间设有使离合片二 (10) 贴合在离合片一 (9) 上的 离合弹簧 (11)。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的捆绑器, 其特征在于, 所述的卷轴 (8) 的两端均穿出本体 (1), 所述的卷簧 (14) 内端与卷轴 (8) 的一端相连, 离合片一 (9) 固定于卷轴 (8) 的另一端上, 上述 的离合片二 (10) 位于离合片一 (9) 和本体 (1) 之间, 上述的 离合弹簧 (11) 一端抵靠在本体 (1) 上, 另一端抵靠在离合片二 (10) 上。
7、 根据权利要求 5或 6所述的捆绑器, 其特征在于, 所述的 离合片二(10) 的贴合面上周向均匀分布有若干个离合槽(10a), 所述的离合片一(9)上分布有与离合片二(10)上的离合槽(10a) 位置一一对应的且能够嵌入离合槽 (10a) 内的离合凸点 (9a)。
8、 根据权利要求 5或 6所述的捆绑器, 其特征在于, 所述的 离合片一 (9) 的贴合面上周向均匀分布有若干个离合槽 (10a), 所述的离合片二(10)上分布有与离合片一(9)上的离合槽(10a) 位置一一对应的且能够嵌入离合槽 (10a) 内的离合凸点 (9a)。
9、 根据权利要求 5或 6所述的捆绑器, 其特征在于, 所述的 离合片一 (9) 的贴合面和 /或离合片二 (10) 的贴合面上均固定 有摩擦片 (18)。
10、 根据权利要求 5或 6所述的捆绑器, 其特征在于, 所述 的离合片一 (9) 外罩设有固定于本体 (1) 上的盒罩一 (12), 上 述的离合片二 (10) 周向固定在盒罩一 (12) 上; 所述的盒罩一
(12)上设有按钮(13), 按钮(13) 的内端抵靠在离合片二(10) 上, 且当操纵按钮(13)能够使离合片二(10)脱离离合片一(9); 所述的卷簧 (14) 外罩设有固定于本体 (1) 上的盒罩二 (15)。
