Abstract
Le but de la présente invention est d'obtenir une couche jetable dont la face avant peut être facilement fixée à la face arrière de celle-ci, et cette fixation ne se défaisant pas facilement. La présente invention concerne par conséquent une couche jetable, comprenant un feuillet couvrant externe ayant une face avant recouvrant l'avant du porteur, une face arrière recouvrant l'arrière, et un conditionnement interne comprenant un absorbant présent au niveau de la surface en contact avec la peau du feuillet couvrant externe, et comprenant une ouverture au niveau de la taille et une paire d'ouvertures au niveau de la jambe droite et de la jambe gauche formées en mettant en contact la face avant et la face arrière du feuillet couvrant externe par le biais d'un moyen de connexion pouvant être détaché. La couche jetable est caractérisée en ce que : les côtés de la face arrière comprennent des parties sous forme de bandes s'étendant dans la direction de la partie supérieure du corps du porteur ; les moyens de connexion comprennent un premier ensemble de composants de fixation fournis au niveau de la surface en contact avec les vêtements des parties latérales de la face avant, un second ensemble de composants de fixation fournis au niveau de la surface en contact avec la peau des parties latérales de la face avant, un troisième ensemble de composants de fixation fournis au niveau de la surface en contact avec les vêtements des parties latérales de la face arrière, et un quatrième ensemble de composants de fixation fournis au niveau de la surface en contact avec les vêtements des parties sous forme de bandes de la face arrière ; et le premier ensemble de composants de fixation et le quatrième ensemble de composants de fixation étant fixés aux parties sous forme de bandes de la face arrière repliée sur la surface en contact avec les vêtements de la face avant, et le second ensemble de composants de fixation et le troisième ensemble de composants de fixation étant reliés ensemble.
