Abstract

La présente invention porte sur un treuil de ligne (1) et sur un procédé de traction vers l'intérieur et d'échappement vers l'extérieur d'une ligne. Un treuil de ligne (1) a un tambour de treuil monté de façon à pouvoir tourner (2). Une ligne (3) est enroulée à l'aide d'un dispositif d'entraînement, par exemple une manivelle (V) ou un moteur, à l'aide duquel le tambour de treuil (2) peut être tourné à une vitesse différente dans une première direction pour tirer vers l'intérieur la ligne (3), et dans une seconde direction pour laisser s'échapper vers l'extérieur la ligne (3). La ligne (3) sous une charge est tirée vers l'intérieur sur le tambour de treuil (2) du fait qu'une force ou un couple est dirigé par l'intermédiaire d'un arbre d'entraînement (5) à partir du dispositif d'entraînement dans une première direction, ce par quoi un accouplement conique (27, 29) relié à l'arbre d'entraînement, comportant un filetage trapézoïdal interne (16), est serré, de telle sorte qu'une roue d'engrenage (33) montée sur un arbre (32) est actionnée, et, par engrènement avec une roue d'engrenage (35), qui est montée sur un arbre (A), fait tourner ladite roue, de telle sorte que le tambour de treuil (2) est actionné dans une première direction directement ou indirectement à l'aide de la roue d'engrenage (35) et d'une autre roue d'engrenage (39), qui est disposée sur l'arbre (A), à l'aide d'une roue libre (35a) agissant entre les roues d'engrenage (35, 39). La ligne chargée (3) est laissée s'échapper vers l'extérieur du fait que le dispositif d'entraînement est actionné dans une seconde direction d'entraînement, ce par quoi l'accouplement conique (27, 29) est libéré, et permet que la ligne est laissée s'échapper vers l'extérieur jusqu'à ce que la charge de la ligne serre à nouveau l'accouplement conique à l'aide du filetage trapézoïdal lorsque l'actionnement du dispositif d'entraînement dans la seconde direction d'entraînement est achevé.
