Abstract

Pour former des unités d'emballage en forme de saucisse, on utilise des ciseaux (4, 5) pour comprimer un boyau à saucisse ou un boyau d'emballage rempli en forme de flexible et pour refouler le produit de remplissage à partir d'une natte, sur laquelle des clips de fermeture sont posés pour les différentes unités d'emballage. Le mouvement linéaire du ciseau refouleur est réalisé par un entraînement de servomoteur (24) ou un moteur pas à pas, auquel la distance respectivement nécessaire entre les ciseaux est prédéfinie par une commande (25) du dispositif. Ainsi, le remplissage d'unités d'emballage remplies de façon ferme et élastique ou d'unités d'emballage remplies de façon relâchée peut être effectué de façon très simple et peu encombrante avec le même entraînement.
