- a process for extracting predetermined data from the slip data accumulated in the core business server 200 and storing it in the cube group storage unit 100 of the DWH server 300 is executed.
- the core business server 200 first accumulates slip data in the slip data DB 220 (step S101).
- the core business server 200 determines whether or not a predetermined slip data transmission condition is satisfied, for example, at predetermined time intervals (step S102). It is assumed that the slip data transmission conditions are stored in advance in a storage unit included in the core business server 200, and for example, “1 am past” is set. If it is determined that the slip data transmission condition is not satisfied (N in step S102), the core business server 200 continues to store the slip data.
- the core business server 200 converts the slip data into the CSV format and transfers it to the DWH server 300 (step S103).
- the file format for transferring the slip data may be any format that can be processed by the DWH server 300, and may be a format other than the CSV format.
- the core business server 200 deletes the transferred slip data from the slip data DB 220 (step S104), and transitions to step S101.
- the core business server 200 may be configured to leave the transferred slip data as transferred data when the amount of slip data does not exceed a predetermined amount, for example.
- the core business server 200 may store the transferred slip data in a storage medium other than the DHW server 300. Further, the core business server 200 accumulates all the slip data so as to be identifiable as to whether or not the data has been transferred, and transfers only untransferred data among the stored slip data in step S103. However, the configuration may be such that the deletion in step S104 is not performed.
- the DWH server 300 converts the data format into a predetermined format (step S201), extracts data corresponding to each one-dimensional cube from the slip data, and extracts the extracted data corresponding to the primary data.
- the original cube is registered (step S202). If there is a calculation item in the form data item of the one-dimensional cube to be registered, the DWH server 300, in step S201, sets a calculation formula (other items in the form data as 1) set in advance to the calculation item. Alternatively, a calculation process is performed according to two or more calculation formulas), and a process of setting a calculation result as a calculation item is performed in step S202. In this way, it is possible to eliminate the need to perform arithmetic processing when providing the form data, and an arithmetic program for that purpose can be eliminated.
- the DWH server 300 determines whether there is a two-dimensional cube associated with the one-dimensional cube in which data is newly registered (Ste S203). If it is determined that there is no two-dimensional cube associated with the one-dimensional cube in which data is newly registered (N in step S203), the DWH server 300 ends the process here.
- the DWH server 300 reflects the registration result of the 1D cube in the 2D cube. (Step S204). If there is a calculation item in the form data item of the two-dimensional cube to be registered, the DWH server 300 sets the calculation formula (other items in the form data as 1 in advance) to the calculation item in step S204. Or, an arithmetic processing is performed according to two or more arithmetic expressions), and processing for setting an arithmetic result as a calculation item is performed.
- the DWH server 300 determines whether there is a cube (lower layer cube) located in the lower layer with respect to the cube in which the data registration result is newly reflected (step S205). Here, if it is determined that there is no cube positioned in the lower layer with respect to the cube in which the data registration result is newly reflected (N in step S205), the DWH server 300 ends the processing here.
- a cube lower layer cube
- the DWH server 300 reflects the data registration result in the lower layer cube (step S205). S206).
- the DWH server 300 sets a calculation formula (other items in the form data to 1 or An arithmetic process is performed according to two or more arithmetic expressions), and a process of setting an arithmetic result as a calculation item is performed.
- the DWH server 300 determines whether there is a cube located in the lower layer (step S207).
- step S207 if the DWH server 300 determines that there is no cube located in a lower layer (N in step S207), the process ends here, and if it is determined that there is a cube located in a lower layer (Y in step S207) ), The process proceeds to step S206.
- FIG. 4 is a flowchart showing an example of a form output process executed by the DWH server 300 and the client 10.
- a process for extracting arbitrary data from the cube group storage unit 100 of the DWH server 300 and outputting it as a form in the client 10 is executed. Since the client 10 and the client 20 are different only in the type of communication network and the type of application that outputs a form, in this example, the case where the client 10 is used will be described as an example.
- the client 10 transmits a cube selection screen request to the DWH server 300 in accordance with, for example, an operation input by the user (step S401).
- the DWH server 300 When receiving the cube selection screen request, the DWH server 300 transmits a cube selection screen in response to the received cube selection screen request.
- the DWH server 300 transmits data for displaying a screen including a list of cube names corresponding to the query created by the client 10 to the client 10 as a cube selection screen.
- the client 10 Upon receiving the cube selection screen, the client 10 displays the cube selection screen on the display screen (step S402). In this way, by displaying the cube selection screen that includes a list of cube names according to the query, it is possible to view the cube in an exhaustive manner upon request, and the cube (ie form) can be easily viewed. You will be able to choose.

- the client 10 When the client 10 receives a selection of a cube (for example, selection of a cube name) by a cursor P that can be operated by a mouse operation, for example, the client 10 puts the selected cube into a temporary selection state.
- the client 10 determines that the selection of a cube in the temporary selection state has been accepted (step S403), and transmits the cube name of the cube that has accepted the selection to the DWH server 300. To do.
- the DWH server 300 searches for a cube corresponding to the received cube name, and transmits the registered items stored in the cube to the client 10 (step S302).
- the registration item is a part of the form data stored in each cube, and items necessary for the form are registered in advance for each business content.
- description will be given by taking as an example a case where registration items “in stock”, “low stock, order acceptable”, “low stock, order not accepted”, etc. stored in the one-dimensional cube AO are transmitted to the client 10. Do.
- the client 10 displays the registration item display screen on the display screen (step S404).
