Abstract

L'invention porte sur le secteur du transport et elle peut être utilisée dans le transport ferroviaire. Selon l'invention, un dispositif de commande de sections de train comprend une antenne émettrice 1 installée à chaque feu de circulation, une antenne réceptrice 2 montée sur le train, une unité de réception de données 3, un appareil de mesure de distance 4, un appareil de mesure de diamètre de jantes d'essieux 5, un appareil de mesure de vitesse 6, un appareil de mesure d'accélération 7, une unité de freinage de locomotive 8, une unité de stockage de données 9 comportant l'entrée additionnelle pour la programmation d'une base de données, un récepteur de communication par satellite 10 monté sur le train, un détecteur 11 de la distance d'objet au point de contrôle suivant, une unité de programme de freinage d'urgence 12, un détecteur de distance de freinage d'urgence 13. Le dispositif selon l'invention comprend aussi des lampes de feux de circulation 14 connectées à un générateur de signaux d'état des feux de circulation 15, lequel est connecté à l'antenne émettrice 1 installée à chaque feu de circulation. L'unité de réception de données 4 est connectée à un dispositif de sélection de feux de circulation 16, lequel est connecté à l'unité de stockage de données 9 possédant l'entrée additionnelle pour la programmation de la base de données et à une unité de vérification d'atteinte de point de contrôle de route 17, laquelle est reliée à l'unité de stockage de données 9 comportant l'entrée additionnelle pour la programmation de la base de données et à l'unité de réception de données 3, et dont la sortie est connectée à un détecteur de limite de vitesse 18, dont les sorties sont connectées à un détecteur de distance de freinage de travail 19, lequel est connecté à l'appareil de mesure de vitesse 6 et à un détecteur de point de départ de freinage de travail 20, lequel est relié à l'unité de stockage de données 9 comportant l'entrée additionnelle pour la programmation de la base de données. Une unité de vérification d'atteinte de point de départ de freinage de travail 21 est connectée à l'unité de réception de données 3 et au détecteur de point de départ de freinage de travail 20 et reliée à un dispositif de signalisation de freinage de travail 22 placé dans la cabine. Une unité de vérification de début de processus de freinage de travail 23 est connectée à l'unité de freinage 8 de la locomotive et reliée à l'unité de commande de freinage d'urgence 12. Le dispositif de commande de sections de train comportant le détecteur de limite de vitesse 18 détermine la vitesse du train qu'on doit trouver sur le tronçon suivant, en fonction des signaux des feux de circulation, lesquels sont générés par le générateur de signaux d'état des feux de circulation 15 en fonction de l'état des lampes de feux de circulation 14. Le détecteur de distance de freinage de travail 19 définit la longueur du trajet de freinage de travail et le détecteur de point de départ de freinage 20 définit le point de la route où le processus de freinage doit commencer. L'unité de vérification d'atteinte de point de départ de freinage de travail 21 évalue la position du train et du point de départ du freinage de travail et il allume le dispositif de signalisation de freinage situé dans la cabine 22, ce qui informe de la nécessité de commencer le freinage. L'unité de commencement de freinage de travail 23 évalue si le processus de freinage est déclenché. Le dispositif de commande de sections de train avertit le conducteur de la nécessité de commencer le freinage de travail, en prenant en compte le signal du feu de circulation et la limitation de vitesse, et il permet de commencer automatiquement en temps voulu le freinage d'urgence et l'arrêt du train, ce qui évite les collisions de trains sur un quelconque tronçon de voie ferrée.
