Abstract

Das Verfahren und die Vorrichtung dienen zur Tieftemperaturzerlegung von Luft in einem Destilliersäulen-System zur Stickstoff-Sauerstoff-Trennung, das eine Hochdrucksäule (17) und eine Niederdrucksäule (18) aufweist. Einsatzluft (1) wird in einem Hauptluftverdichter (3) auf einen ersten Druck verdichtet, der deutlich höher als der Betriebsdruck der Hochdrucksäule (17) ist. Die verdichtete Einsatzluft (8) wird in einen Hauptwärmetauscher (11) eingeleitet, um dort gegen Rückströme abgekühlt zu werden. Ein erster Luftstrom (9), der durch einen Teil der verdichteten Einsatzluft (8) gebildet wird, wird nach teilweiser Abkühlung im Hauptwärmetauscher (11) bei einer ersten Zwischentemperatur aus dem Hauptwärmetauscher (11) entnommen (12) und in einem Kaltverdichter (13) auf einen zweiten Druck nachverdichtet. Der kaltverdichtete erste Luftstrom (14) wird bei einer zweiten Zwischentemperatur, die höher als die erste Zwischentemperatur ist, dem Hauptwärmetauscher (11) wieder zugeführt und im Hauptwärmetauscher (11) weiter abgekühlt und verflüssigt oder pseudo-verflüssigt. Der (pseudo-)verflüssigte erste Luftstrom (15) wird in das Destilliersäulen-System zur Stickstoff-Sauerstoff-Trennung eingeleitet. Ein zweiter Luftstrom (10), der durch einen anderen Teil der verdichteten Einsatzluft (8) gebildet wird, der nicht durch den Kaltverdichter (13) geführt wird, wird bei einer dritten Zwischentemperatur aus dem Hauptwärmetauscher (11) entnommen (20) und anschließend in einer Turbine (21) arbeitsleistend entspannt. Der arbeitsleistend entspannte zweite Luftstrom (22) wird ebenfalls in das Destilliersäulen-System zur Stickstoff-Sauerstoff-Trennung eingeleitet. Ein flüssiger Produktstrom (37) aus dem Destilliersäulen-System entnommen, in flüssigem Zustand auf einen erhöhten Druck gebracht (38) und unter diesem erhöhten Druck im Hauptwärmetauscher (11) verdampft oder pseudo-verdampft und schließlich als gasförmiger Druckproduktstrom (39) abgezogen wird. Ein erster Teil der bei der arbeitsleistenden Entspannung in der Turbine (21) erzeugten mechanischen Energie wird zum Antrieb des Kaltverdichters (13) eingesetzt. Ein zweiter Teil der bei der arbeitsleistenden Entspannung in der Turbine (21) erzeugten mechanischen Energie wird einer Ölbremse (23) zugeführt, wobei eine getriebelose Kombination aus Turbine (21), Kaltverdichter (13) und Ölbremse (21) eingesetzt wird.
