Abstract

La présente invention concerne une cartouche de peinture pour un appareil à enduire électrostatique et un appareil à enduire électrostatique comprenant celle-ci, permettant de réduire la quantité de peinture à éliminer lorsque l'on change de couleur et de simplifier la commande de la fourniture du liquide de fonctionnement à la cartouche de peinture et de l'évacuation dudit liquide à partir de ladite cartouche, lors du nettoyage. Lors du nettoyage d'une cartouche de peinture (10), de l'air et une solution nettoyante sont fournis à un sac de peinture aplati (12) à travers une ouverture d'extrémité supérieure (12b) de celui-ci de façon à déployer le sac de peinture (12). Lorsque le sac de peinture (12) est déployé, le liquide de fonctionnement à l'intérieur d'une chambre de liquide de fonctionnement (espace clos ; 14) de la cartouche de peinture (10) est récupéré par le biais d'une voie d'évacuation de liquide de fonctionnement (26) à l'intérieur de la cartouche. Lors de la prochaine étape, le liquide de fonctionnement est fourni à la chambre de liquide de fonctionnement (espace clos ; 14) de la cartouche de peinture (10) à travers une voie d'alimentation en liquide de fonctionnement (22) à l'intérieur de la cartouche de façon à aplatir le sac de peinture(12) et entraîne l'évacuation de la solution nettoyante d'une ouverture d'extrémité inférieure (12c) du sac de peinture (12).
