带轴衬套300套接在球头141上,二插入件320分别连接在球头141的二装配槽143之内,其中,该装配槽143之横向距离和该插入件320之横向距离适配,该装配槽143之纵向距离大于该插入件320之纵向距离,使得该带轴衬套300能够摆动地连接在球头141。
该本体210包括外套筒211和套接件212,外套筒211为一喇叭形,其上端开有通孔,通孔的内径小于球头141的直径;套接件212为圆桶形,其桶顶面开有带有一对让位槽214的通孔213(见图1、图3);套接件212套在装有带轴衬套300球头141外,带轴衬套300的两定位凸块340由让位槽214限位,在套装外套筒211,使得该花洒头200能够摆动地连接在球头141,使得该花洒头200能够旋转地套接在伸缩部分。
该出水组件220,它固设在本体210的外套筒211之内,它包括一分水体221及二出水功能构件222,该分水体具有二分水孔223,该二分水孔223分别接通二出水功能构件222。
该切换机构230,它具有一能密封连接球头141的切换体231,该切换体231连接在本体210的套接件212的内部;切换体231开设有一能够接通进水通道的进水孔232,该进水孔232之下端口之内设置有一带有弹性件的密封垫组件233。
打开水管开关之后,在水压作用下,压缩压缩弹簧103并带动伸缩部分102伸出,进而带动花洒头200伸出外壳120之外。旋转本体210,带动出水组件220相对切换体231转动,进而使得密封垫组件233密封二分水孔之一,进而选择出水功能。
本实施例之中,该一出水功能为花洒水出水功能,另一出水功能为按摩水出水功能。本实施例之中,该旋转切换花洒头还可采用现有技术的旋转切换结构。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
本发明一种能摆动的伸缩花洒,其花洒头在伸出状态时能够在任意方向左右摆动,使用者能够根据实际情况、实际需要调节花洒头朝向,使用方便,具有良好的工业实用性。
Claims (14)
- 一种能摆动的伸缩花洒,其特征在于:它包括:一伸缩组件,它包括一固定部分、一伸缩部分及一复位部分,该固定部分设有一贯穿的滑动通孔,该伸缩部分设有一贯穿的进水通道,该伸缩部分密封滑动连接在滑动通孔之内,该复位部分设置在固定部分和伸缩部分之间,该进水通道接通滑动通孔;及一能接通进水通道的花洒头,它能摆动地连接在伸缩部分之下端。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种能摆动的伸缩花洒,其特征在于:该花洒头为旋转切换花洒头。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种能摆动的伸缩花洒,其特征在于:该固定部分,它包括一接头及一密封固接在接头的外壳,该接头之顶端外周设置成外螺纹,该外壳之内形成有滑动通孔,该滑动通孔之下周缘向内凸设形成为凸肩。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种能摆动的伸缩花洒,其特征在于:该伸缩部分,它包括一能密封滑动连接在滑动通孔之内的滑动头及一连接杆,该连接杆自下而上伸进滑动通孔并固接在滑动头之下,该连接杆之下端形成为球头,该滑动头开设有一第一贯穿孔,该连接杆开设有一第二贯穿孔,该第一贯穿孔和第二贯穿孔轴线重合并组成进水通道。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种能摆动的伸缩花洒,其特征在于:该弹性部分套接连接杆并抵设在滑动头和凸肩之间。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种能摆动的伸缩花洒,其特征在于:该花洒头能够摆动地连接在球头。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种能摆动的伸缩花洒,其特征在于:该花洒头,它包括一本体、一具有二出水功能的出水组件及一能够控制选择二出水功能之一接通进水通道的切换机构。
- 根据权利要求7所述的一种能摆动的伸缩花洒,其特征在于:该球头之左右分别设有一装配槽,另配设一带轴衬套包括一环套及二固设在环套之内的插入件,该二插入件分别连接在二装配槽之内,而且,该装配槽之横向距离和该插入件之横向距离适配,该装配槽之纵向距离大于该插入件之纵向距离,该本体套接带轴衬套之外并撑设在带轴衬套之上。
- 根据权利要求7所述的一种能摆动的伸缩花洒,其特征在于:该本体能旋转地套接在伸缩部分;该出水组件固设在本体之内,它包括一分水体及二出水功能,该分水体具有二分水孔,该二分水孔分别接通二出水功能;该切换机构,它具有一能密封连接球头的切换体,该切换体开设有一能够接通进水通道的进水孔,该进水孔之下端口之内设置有一带有弹性件的密封垫组件;通过切换体和分水体之间的相对转动,该密封垫组件选择密封二分水孔。
- 根据权利要求7所述的一种能摆动的伸缩花洒,其特征在于:该一出水功能为花洒水出水功能,另一出水功能为按摩水出水功能。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种能摆动的伸缩花洒,其特征在于:该连接杆之下端形成为球头,中部为方形滑杆,顶部为螺纹连接部。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种能摆动的伸缩花洒,其特征在于:该滑动头开设有一第一贯穿孔,贯穿孔为阶梯孔,上端为一大孔,中部缩径为一小孔,下部为螺纹孔;该滑动头外部设有一档圈,档圈内嵌一密封圈。
- 根据权利要求8所述的一种能摆动的伸缩花洒,其特征在于:该带轴衬包括一环套及二固设在环套之内的插入件,环套上开有一弹性口,环套设置插入件处向上延伸设有定位凸块。
- 根据权利要求13所述的一种能摆动的伸缩花洒,其特征在于:该本体包括外套筒和套接件,外套筒为一喇叭形,其上端开有通孔,通孔的内径小于球头的直径;套接件为圆桶形,其桶顶面开有带有一对让位槽的通孔;套接件套在装有带轴衬套的球头外,带轴衬套的两定位凸块由让位槽限位,再套装外套筒;使得该花洒头能够摆动地连接在球头,能够旋转地套接在伸缩部分。
