请参阅图1至图15,为本发明的较佳实施例所提供的带插座的出水单元。
如图1、图2所示,该带插座的出水单元包括一头部花洒100、一切换机构200、一手持花洒300、一软管400及一球头组件500。
所述头部花洒100包括一本体110、一出水终端120、一连接口130,该本体具有一上开口111以及一下开口112,所述本体的腰部处凹设有一插座140,该插座140包括一喇叭形插孔142、一对设置在插孔两侧的凸耳141;插孔142的轴心线与本体110下开口112端面基本平行,直接在本体腰部处凹设成型;该出水终端120包括一出水面盖,它密封设置于所述本体下开口之下,并具有多个出水功能,一旋钮121位于该出水面盖上,用于调节出水功能;本体110上开设有一贯穿内外的连接口130。
所述切换机构200密封装设于本体110之内,它包括一固设在本体110之内的进水体210和一能转动装设在本体110之内的分水体220.所述进水体210包括一连通上开口111的进水道211,所述分水体220的上端面与该进水体210的下端面能密封靠接,它包括至少一第一水路221、222、223和一第二水路224,所述分水体220与出水终端120密封固接以使出水终端120转动来带动分水体220相对进水体210转动,进行水路切换以选择某一第一水路或一第二水路接通进水道211。所述第一水路的个数与出水终端120的出水功能数目相当,它包括二对称设置的第一入口和与其一一对应的二第一出口,其中该些第一入口设于分水体220的上端面,而第二出口位于分水体220的下端面并能选择性地接通出水终端之对应的出水功能。所述连接口130连通第二水路224,该第二水路包括一设于分水体上端面的第二入口2241和位于分水体外回转面上的第二出口2242。所述的第一入口2211、2221、2231与第二入口2241以转动轴线为圆心弧线分布,该弧线半径与进水道211下开口和转动轴线之间距相适配。所述分水体的进水道211之下端口中还安装有皮碗225,一与该皮碗225相配合的弹簧226,;另设有一定位销227设于所述本体110端面的凹槽内,并与所述出水终端120顶抵。
所述手持花洒300插设于所述插座140中,它通过软管400与连接口130相通,当第二水路224与进水道211接通时,第二花洒出水。本实施例的第二花洒为手持花洒,其花洒手柄的喇叭接头310为通用件,与插座140的插孔142相适配。
所述球头组件500用于连接头部花洒100于墙体。
本出水装置的出水功能切换原理如下:
如图4、图5、图6所示,它们绘示了本出水装置的头部花洒100出气泡水时的示意图,旋转旋钮121,使出水终端120转动以带动分水体220相对进水体210转动,此时一第一水路221的第一入口2211与进水道211相通,与皮碗225相配合的弹簧226使皮碗顶抵对准于第一入口2211,此时第一水路的其它入口以及第二水路的第二入口封闭,在定位销227的作用下,出水终端120停止转动,水流沿着第一水路221从出水面盖中流出,并呈气泡水的出水效果。
图7、图8、图9绘示了所述头部花洒100出按摩水时的示意图,同理,通过旋转旋钮121,使一第一水路222与进水道211相通,第一水路的其它入口与第二水路的第二入口封闭,此时水路沿着该第一水路222流动,使出水终端呈按摩水的出水效果。
图10、图11、图12为所述头部花洒100出花洒水时的示意图,同理,旋转旋钮121,使出水终端120再次转动,此时一第一水路223与进水道211连通,其它入口均处封闭状态,水流沿着第一水路223进入第一入口2231并从与其对应的第二出口2232流入出水终端,最后从出水面盖中流出,使头部花洒出花洒水。
图13、图14、图15为所述手持花洒300出水时的示意图,再次旋转旋钮121,使出水终端120转动,带动分水体220相对于进水体210转动,此时第一水路221、222、223均与进水道211封闭,第二水路224与进水道211连通,水流通过第二入口2241进入第二水路224,然后进入与第二出口2242对准的连接口130,从而通过软管400进入手持花洒300,此时手持花洒300出水。
根据需要,所述本体110的插座140上不仅限于插设手持花洒,也可作为多功能架,比如放置毛巾等生活用品,或者安装灯泡于其上。
如图16所示,为本发明的又一实施例,其手持花洒300为柱形花洒,花洒接头为标准件喇叭接头310,可以方便的接插头部花洒的插座140的插孔142内。
如图17所示,为本发明的再一实施例,其手持花洒300为方形花洒,花洒接头为标准件喇叭接头310,可以方便的接插头部花洒的插座140的插孔142内。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
本发明一种带插座的出水单元,包括头部花洒和手持花洒,其头部花洒的本体设有一内凹的插座,可供手持花洒插接。本发明美观紧凑,不仅较好地满足了用户的实用需求,也使淋浴效果更多元化,具有良好的工业实用性。
Claims (10)
- 带插座的出水单元,其特征在于:它包括一头部花洒,该头部花洒包括一本体及一出水终端,该本体具有一上开口和一下开口,该出水终端装接在下开口,该本体设有一内凹的插座。
- 根据权利要求1所述的带插座的出水单元,其特征在于:该插座包括一插孔、一对设置在插孔两侧的凸耳;该插座的插孔形状与手持花洒的喇叭接头的形状相适配。
- 根据权利要求1所述的带插座的出水单元,其特征在于:该插座在本体之腰部内凹。
- 根据权利要求3所述的带插座的出水单元,其特征在于:所述插座与本体为一体成型,插孔的轴心线与头部花洒的出水端面基本平行。
- 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的带插座的出水单元,其特征在于:该本体之内设有一切换机构,该切换机构具有一接通上开口的进水道、至少一第一水路及一第二水路,该出水终端能转动地装接在本体下开口之内并能通过转动带动切换机构进行水路切换以选择一第一水路或一第二水路接通进水道;该至少一第一水路连接出水终端;该本体还开设有一能接通第二水路的内外贯穿的连接口,该连接口通过一软管连接第二花洒。
- 根据权利要求5所述的带插座的出水单元,其特征在于:该插座与第二花洒相适配,并能够插接在插座。
- 根据权利要求6所述的带插座的出水单元,其特征在于:该出水终端具有多个出水功能,该切换机构具有的第一水路个数与出水功能个数相等,该第一水路和出水功能一一对应接通。
- 根据权利要求7所述的带插座的出水单元,其特征在于:该切换机构包括:一密封固设在本体之内的进水体,它开设有至少一上下贯穿的进水道;及一密封转设在本体之内的分水体,它上端面和进水体下端面能转动密封靠接,它开设有至少一第一水路和一第二水路,它和出水终端固接以使得出水终端转动能够带动分水体相对进水体转动,进行水路切换以选择一第一水路或一第二水路接通进水道。
- 根据权利要求8所述的带插座的出水单元,其特征在于:该第一水路具有一设在分水体上端面的第一入口和一设在分水体下端面且能接通出水终端的第一出口;该第二水路具有一设在分水体上端面的第二入口及一设在分水体外回转面的第二出口,而且,当第二入口对准进水道时,该第二出口刚好对准连接口。
- 根据权利要求11所述的带插座的出水单元,其特征在于:该至少一第一入口和该第二入口沿圆心位于转动轴线的弧线排布,该弧线之半径与进水道下开口和转动轴线之间距相适配。
