Abstract

Dadurch dass, gemäß der Erfindung, eine Walze (1) mit einer aufgetragenen Oberflächenschicht (4) dadurch hergestellt wird, dass der Walze während ihrer Rotation (8) ein flüssiges Oberflächenmaterial zugeführt wird, und dass mit Hilfe eines Randkörpers (5) der Seite der Walze entlang und im Abstand (6) zu dieser das Material in der gewünschten Materialdicke verteilt wird, läßt sich in einem und demselben Arbeitsvorgang eine Walze mit Oberflächenbeschichtung herstellen, da eine gleichmäßige und ganz glatte Oberfläche erzielt wird, die überhaupt keine Nachbehandlung erfordert, wie z.B. durch Schleifen. Hierdurch wird die Herstellung erleichtert, so wie auch Material erspart wird, und die Auftragung wird damit rationell, da auf Nachbehandlung verzichtet werden kann, so wie auch Umweltbelastung oder Unannehmlichkeiten wegen Staub beseitigt sind.
