Abstract

Zerspanungswerkzeuge, welche beim Spanungsvorgang dünne und breite Spänen bewirken, neigen generell zu Instabilität, welche zu einem Rattern während der Bearbeitung führen kann. Bei schwimmend gelagerten Schälmessern können sich gegenüberliegende Schneiden nicht mehr in ausreichendem Maße stabilisieren. Die Folge ist, dass beide Schneiden zu rattern beginnen und gegenseitig ihre unerwünschten Bewegungen verstärken. Die Erfindung hat sich zur Aufgabe gemacht, dieses Rattern zu beseitigen. Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe durch eine Schneidplatte (500), insbesondere eine Wendeschneidplatte (500) zum Innenschälen metallischer Rohre (290), wobei die Schneidplatte eine erste Schneide (16) aufweist, welche insbesondere durch die erste Spanfläche (19) und einer ersten Schneidestützfase (20) gebildet ist, wobei die Schneidplatte in einer Vorschubrichtung in einer ersten Befestigungsaufnahme (9, 9a, 9b) und entgegensetzt zu dieser Vorschubrichtung eine zweiter Befestigungsaufnahme (9, 9a, 9b) aufweist, sodass eine Befestigung der Schneideplatte (500) sowohl in die Vorschubrichtung als auch zu einer Drehrichtung erhaltbar ist, wobei eine Drehachse der Drehrichtung achsparallel zur Vorschubrichtung ausgerichtet ist.
