Abstract
De conformidad con varias modalidades ilustrativas de la presente descripción, una superficie giratoriamente simétrica de una pieza de trabajo es mecanizada mediante un aparato giratorio, en donde la pieza de trabajo es impulsada giratoriamente alrededor de un eje de rotación, una herramienta de corte con un borde de corte colocado en el borde de una superficie de inclinación se dispone con relación a la pieza de trabajo, la herramienta de corte es llevado en contacto con la pieza de trabajo, y la herramienta de corte se hace avanzar con relación a la pieza de trabajo a lo largo de una dirección de alimentación paralela al eje de rotación, la normal a la cara de inclinación se inclina con relacional a la dirección de alimentación, un primer eje y un segundo eje, el primer eje y el segundo eje son perpendiculares a la dirección de alimentación y perpendiculares entre sí.
