Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé et une tête de dispersion pour la fabrication d'un mat (7) en produit dispersé composé d'au moins une couche en produit dispersé (9) orientable, dispersée de manière orientée sur une courroie de conformation (8) sans fin au moyen d'au moins une tête de distribution (1). Le produit dispersé (9) est introduit dans la tête de dispersion (1) essentiellement dans le sens de la chute (19) par une alimentation (17) de produit dispersé et transmis au moyen d'au moins un dispositif de guidage (5) sur un dispositif d'orientation transversale (12). Le produit dispersé (9) est déposé transversalement par rapport au sens de production (15) sur la courroie de conformation au moyen du dispositif d'orientation transversale (12), ce dernier (12) étant constitué d'au moins un rouleau à compartiments (6) entraîné en rotation, monté horizontalement et transversalement par rapport au sens de production (15), dont les compartiments (11) balayent un angle de 0° à 360° pendant la rotation du rouleau à compartiments autour de son axe. Les compartiments passent par la position 0° lorsque leur extrémité (20) de compartiment est la plus éloignée de la courroie de conformation (8). L'invention consiste en ce que l'alimentation du produit dispersé (9) par le dispositif de guidage (5) sur les compartiments (11) des rouleaux à compartiments (6) est réalisée essentiellement dans une zone d'alimentation (21) avec les compartiments (11) se trouvant dans une position de 270° à 360° (1398).
