Definitions
- the present invention relates to a light source device including a circuit board on which a light emitting diode is mounted, and a display device including the light source device.
- a light source device is arranged on the rear side of a display unit having a display surface for displaying an image on the front side.
- the light source device includes, for example, a light-emitting diode substrate on which a plurality of light-emitting diodes are mounted on one surface, a lens that houses the light-emitting diodes, diffuses light emitted from the light-emitting diodes, and a through-hole through which the lenses are inserted. And a lens cover for holding the lens on a light emitting diode substrate, and a reflective layer for reflecting light diffused by the lens is provided on the lens cover (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
- the lens has a hemispherical shape having a smaller diameter than the through-hole, and projects outward from the translucent part inserted through the through-hole and the open side periphery of the translucent part, and has a larger diameter than the through-hole.
- the lens cover is attached to the light emitting diode substrate with a plurality of male screws, so that the collar portion is sandwiched between the peripheral portion of the through hole in the lens cover and the light emitting diode substrate, thereby positioning the lens.
- the lens cover positions and fixes the lens as in Patent Document 1
- the lens cover becomes difficult to be deformed, and a relatively small number.
- the lens can be positioned and fixed with a male screw.
- thin display devices such as liquid crystal televisions equipped with a light source device are steadily becoming cheaper, lighter, and thinner, when the lens cover is composed of a relatively thick sheet, the display device This is not preferable because it will hinder the cost reduction, weight reduction and thickness reduction.
- the lens cover When the lens cover is composed of a relatively thin sheet, the lens cover having a through-hole corresponding to the lens is easily deformed. Therefore, in order not to increase the number of male screws, deformation of the lens cover is warped. Can not be suppressed, the number of parts increases, the number of screwing of the male screw increases, and there is a problem that the cost is high, and if the number of light emitting diodes is relatively large, There is also a problem that the positions of the lenses arranged apart from each other tend to be unstable.

Since the deviation in the direction can be regulated by the regulating means, the reflecting sheet can be easily incorporated so that the reflecting sheet does not float up.
- the restricting unit is a convex portion disposed on the lens and facing the sheet surface of the reflective sheet.
- the edge of the through hole in the reflection sheet can be fitted between the convex portion of the lens and the one surface, so that the reflection sheet can be easily incorporated so that the reflection sheet does not float.
- the restricting means is a convex portion that is disposed at an edge of the through hole and faces a side surface of the lens attached to the one surface.
- the reflection sheet when the reflection sheet is opposed to one surface of the circuit board on which the light emitting diode is mounted on one surface, and the lens is disposed in the through hole of the reflection sheet, the reflection sheet has an edge at the through hole. Since the convex portion arranged can be fitted between the side surface of the lens attached to the one surface and the one surface, the reflecting sheet can be easily incorporated so that the reflecting sheet does not float up.
- the light source device has a configuration in which the reflection sheet has flexibility, and a slit is provided at an edge of the through hole at a location facing the convex portion.
- the reflection sheet since the periphery of the through hole in the reflection sheet can be easily bent by the slit, the light emitting diode is mounted on one surface, and the reflection sheet is made to face one surface of the circuit board on which the lens is attached.
- the periphery of the through hole in the reflection sheet can be easily fitted between the convex portion and the circuit board, and the reflection sheet is not lifted up. Sheets can be easily incorporated.

- the reflective sheet when the light emitting diode is mounted on one surface, the reflective sheet is opposed to one surface of the circuit board on which the lens is mounted, and the lens is disposed in the through hole of the reflective sheet, the reflective sheet is By slightly shifting in the direction along the one surface, the edge of the through hole in the reflective sheet can be easily fitted between the convex part of the lens and the circuit board, or arranged on the edge of the through hole in the reflective sheet. Since the projected convex portion can be easily fitted between the side surface of the lens attached to the one surface and the one surface, the reflecting sheet can be easily incorporated so that the reflecting sheet does not float.
- the lens has a positioning protrusion facing the circuit board.
- the position of the convex portion with respect to the circuit board can be accurately determined by the positioning projection, even if the number of the light emitting diodes is relatively large, the lens around each of the through holes in the reflection sheet. It is possible to easily fit between the convex portion and the circuit board, and to easily incorporate the reflective sheet so that the reflective sheet does not float.
- a display device includes a display unit having a display surface on one side and the light source device of the invention described above disposed on the other side of the display unit.
- the convex portion of the lens can prevent the reflection sheet from being lifted with respect to the circuit board, and deformation of the reflection sheet can be prevented.
- the existing lens prevents the reflection sheet from being lifted, deformation of the reflection sheet can be prevented without increasing the number of components, and the display device can be reduced in price, weight, and thickness.
