Abstract

L'invention concerne une boîte comprenant un corps (1) fermé sur une de ses faces (11) par un fond, et sur sa face (2) opposée, par une unité de fermeture (3) munie d'une bague de couvercle (4) comportant une membrane détachable (5) pourvue d'une languette d'arrachage (6). L'objectif de l'invention est d'obtenir une unité de fermeture conçue de manière simple et fiable. A cet effet, la bague de couvercle (4) est réalisée en tant que pièce moulée par injection en matière plastique et est munie d'une rainure annulaire (7) entourant la face du corps (1) et est moulée par injection sur le revêtement détachable en matière plastique (25) de la membrane (5, 12) lors du moulage par injection. En outre, la bague de couvercle (4) pourvue de la membrane (5, 12), une fois appliquée sur la face (2) du corps (1), est reliée à celle-ci de manière thermique par un processus de thermoscellage, de scellage par ultrasons ou par hautes fréquences. L'invention concerne également un procédé et un dispositif pour la fabrication de l'unité de fermeture.
