Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à un broyeur-coupeur ayant des volants et une unité de lame de coupe formés en un corps unitaire, les deux extrémités de l'unité de lame de coupe étant fixées et couplées à la paire de volants pour améliorer la résistance mécanique, la force de coupe et la durabilité et pour réduire les vibrations et le bruit. Le broyeur selon la présente invention est pourvu dudit broyeur-coupeur. Le broyeur bouge et le broyeur-coupeur et un rouleau d'entrée sont entraînés par la puissance transmise par un moteur ou un système de puissance hydraulique. Le rouleau d'entrée a des lames en saillie qui sont formées radialement au niveau de la surface externe d'un tambour à rouleau, et inclinées vers la surface externe du tambour à rouleau. Chacune des lames en saillie a des rainures découpées formées à des intervalles prédéterminés de telle sorte que la lame en saillie soit en contact direct avec un objet qui doit être broyé et empêche l'objet de glisser lorsque ledit objet est introduit par le rouleau d'entrée, ce qui permet d'augmenter la force de retenue de l'objet. Une unité d'entrée a un angle d'inclinaison accru pour réduire l'angle de coupe de l'objet, ce qui permet de réduire les vibrations et le bruit pendant la coupe et de couper plus rapidement l'objet.
