Abstract

The present invention relates to a crusher-cutter having flywheels and a cutter blade unit formed into a unitary body, wherein both ends of the cutter blade unit are fixed and coupled to the pair of flywheels to improve firmness, cutting force, and durability, and to reduce vibrations and noise. The crusher according to the present invention is equipped with said crusher-cutter. The crusher moves, and the crusher-cutter and an inlet roller are driven by the power transmitted by an engine or a hydraulic power system. The inlet roller has protruded blades which are radially formed at the outer surface of a roller drum, and inclined toward the outer surface of the roller drum. Each of the protruded blades has cutout grooves formed at predetermined intervals, such that the protruded blade tightly contacts an object to be crushed and prevents the object from sliding when said object is introduced by the inlet roller, thereby increasing the object-holding force. An inlet unit has an increased tilt angle to reduce the object-cutting angle, to thereby reduce vibrations and noise during cutting and to cut the object more quickly.
