Abstract

The capsule for preparing a drink, such as coffee, comprises a hollow element (1) designed to contain a serving, such as ground coffee, said hollow element (1) comprising a side wall (2), a top face (3), and a lower face (4) having a release membrane; said capsule also comprises at least one self-piercing relief (5) on said side wall (2) and/or said top face (3). The invention also relates to a device for using said capsule.
