Abstract

Comprende un cilindro vertical cuyo vástago, de menor diámetro que su pistón, se proyecta hacia arriba, fuera del dispositivo, para vincularse con el mecanismo de freno del molino, estando dicho cilindro hidráulico encerrado dentro de un contenedor cilíndrico coaxial de mayor diámetro para definir una cámara anular entre ambos que actúa como deposito del aceite que impulsa los desplazamientos del pistón. Para impulsar el aceite almacenado en dicha cámara anular y transmitir presión hidráulica sobre el pistón, se recurre al uso de dos bombas aspirantes impelentes de simple efecto, ubicada en la parte superior del conjunto, las cuales son activadas por medio de un mismo balancín accionado desde la varilla de bombeo del molino; en tanto que, un medio valvular intercalado en el circuito del aceite impulsado por dichas bombas de simple efecto, produce que el pistón del cilindro hidráulico se desplace accionando el freno, cuando interrumpe su retorno a la cámara anular. El medio valvular intercalado en el circuito del aceite impulsado por las bombas, es una válvula direccional cotizante alojada en un tramo de comunicación entre los conductos de recirculación y retorno hacia el interior de la cámara anular. Dicha válvula direccional cotizante está asociada con un flotador alojado en el interior de un recipiente cilíndrico que se dispone, sobre el tanque de almacenamiento de agua, en comunicación con su interior.
