前記透明絶縁性基板上に形成された第1の透明導電膜と、
前記第1の透明導電膜の表面に形成された前記第1の透明導電膜と異なる透明導電性材料からなる散在する第1の粒状体と、
前記第1の透明導電膜上および前記散在する第1の粒状体上に形成された発電層と、
前記発電層上に形成された裏面電極層と、
を備えることを特徴とする薄膜太陽電池。 - 前記散在する第1の粒状体は酸化亜鉛を主成分とする材料からなること、
を特徴とする請求項10に記載の薄膜太陽電池。 - 前記発電層と前記裏面電極層との間に、透明導電性材料からなる散在する第2の粒状体を備えること、
を特徴とする請求項10に記載の薄膜太陽電池。 - 前記透明絶縁性基板上に基板面内で互いに分離された複数の前記第1の透明導電膜を備え、
前記透明絶縁性基板上における互いに分離された前記第1の透明導電膜間に、前記第1の透明導電膜と異なる透明導電性材料からなる散在する第3の粒状体を備えること、
を特徴とする請求項10に記載の薄膜太陽電池。 - 前記互いに分離された第1の透明導電膜間の分離抵抗が1メガオーム以上であること、
を特徴とする請求項13に記載の薄膜太陽電池。 - 前記第1の透明導電膜の表面および前記透明絶縁性基板における前記隣接する第1の透明導電膜間の表面に凹凸形状を有すること、
を特徴とする請求項13に記載の薄膜太陽電池。
