Abstract

L'invention concerne une composition de liant pour marbre artificiel, du marbre artificiel comportant cette composition, et un procédé de fabrication associé. Cette composition de liant comprend 10 à 90% en poids d'une poudre minérale et 10 à 90% en poids d'un liant liquide. La poudre minérale selon l'invention présente la composition chimique suivante: 5 à 72,7% C; 20 à 86,7% O; 1 à 67,7% Mg; 1 à 67,7% Al; 3 à 69,7% Si; 0,5 à 67,2% S; 0,5 à 67,2% Cl; 2 à 68,7% Ca; 0,1 à 66,8% Ti; 0,05 à 66,75% Mn; 0,05 à 66,75% Fe; et 0,1 à 66,8% In. Le liant liquide est produit par dissolution d'un ou de plusieurs composés sélectionnés dans un groupe constitué de chlorure de métal alcalin et de chlorure de métal alcalino-terreux, dans un mélange d'eau agrégée et d'enzyme amphiphile tensioactif obtenu par liaison d'un polymère hydrophobe à la surface d'un enzyme hydrophile, et par mélange d'agents de régulation du pH et d'eau qui contient un élément de terre rare dans une quantité inférieure à 1% en poids par rapport à la quantité totale d'eau agrégée utilisée pour produire le liant liquide, la solution étant dissoute dans le métal alcalin ou dans le métal alcalino-terreux. La composition de liant ainsi obtenue est mélangée à des matières bien connues pour le marbre artificiel, puis moulée pour produire le marbre artificiel selon l'invention. Puisque toutes les matières utilisées pour l'invention sont des matières inorganiques, le marbre artificiel selon l'invention ne libère pas de substances nocives pour le corps humain. En outre, l'invention permet une fabrication simple et pratique de marbres artificiels.
