Claims (19)
- 구매정보 및 가맹점정보를 구매자의 이동통신 단말기로 전송하는 가맹점 단말기와,상기 구매정보, 가맹점정보 및 구매자의 금융정보를 상기 이동통신 단말기로부터 전송받는, 상기 금융정보에 대응하는 지불수단 금융사의 금융서버를 포함하는 이동통신 단말기를 이용한 결제시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가맹점 단말기는,상기 이동통신 단말기와 유무선통신 또는 이동통신이 가능한 통신부를 포함하는 것인 이동통신 단말기를 이용한 결제 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 통신부는,NFC, RF, Bluetooth, 광 등 근거리 무선 송수신 모듈, 유선 송수신 모듈, 이동통신 모듈 중 적어도 하나로 구성되는 것인 이동통신 단말기를 이용한 결제 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금융서버는,상기 이동통신 단말기로부터 직접 또는 페이먼트 게이트웨이를 통하여 상기 상기 구매정보, 가맹점정보 및 구매자의 금융정보를 수신하는 것인 이동통신 단말기를 이용한 결제 시스템.
- 가맹점정보를 저장하는 메모리부,구매정보를 입력하는 입력부,상기 구매정보 및 가맹점정보를 이용자 이동통신 단말기로 전송하는 송신부를 포함하는 가맹점 단말기.
- 제5항에 있어서,이동통신 기기 또는 가맹점 POS와 연결되는 유무선 통신 포트를 더 포함하는 가맹점 단말기.
- 제5항에 있어서,결제승인정보를 수신하는 수신부와,상기 구매정보, 가맹점정보 또는 결제승인정보를 표출하는 디스플레이부를 더 포함하는 가맹점 단말기.
- 근거리 무선통신 모듈 또는 유선통신 모듈과,금융정보를 저장하는 메모리와,상기 근거리 무선통신 모듈 또는 유선통신 모듈을 통하여 구매정보 및 가맹점 정보를 수신한 경우, 상기 구매정보 및 가맹점 정보와 함께 상기 금융정보를 원격 무선 송신하며 결제를 요청하는 제어부를 포함하는 이동통신 단말기.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 메모리는,USIM 칩, 단말기 내부의 저장영역 혹은 SD 카드 등의 별도의 메모리 카드 인 이동통신 단말기.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 제어부는 상기 구매정보 및 가맹점 정보를 수신한 경우 상기 구매정보, 가맹점 정보 및 상기 금융정보를 원격 무선 송신하며 결제를 요청하는 것인 이동통신 단말기.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 제어부는 원거리통신에 의하여 구매정보 및 가맹점 정보를 수신한 경우, 상기 구매정보 및 가맹점 정보와 함께 상기 개인금융정보를 원격 무선 송신하며 결제를 요청하는 것인 이동통신 단말기.
- 구매자의 이동통신 단말기로부터 전송된 구매정보, 가맹점정보 및 구매자의 금융정보를 포함하는 결제정보를 수신하는 단계와,상기 결제정보에 기초하여 결제승인여부를 결정하는 단계와,결제승인에 관한 정보를 전송하는 단계를 포함하는 이동통신 단말기를 이용한 결제방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,가맹점 단말기가 상기 이동통신 단말기로 구매정보 및 가맹점정보를 송신하는 단계를 더 포함하는 이동통신 단말기를 이용한 결제방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 결제정보를 수신하는 단계는,상기 이동통신 단말기가 페이먼트 게이트웨이로 상기 결제정보를 전송하는 단계와,상기 페이먼트 게이트웨이가 해당 금융기관을 파악하는 단계와,상기 해당 금융기관이 상기 페이먼트 게이트웨이로부터 상기 결제정보를 수신하는 단계를 포함하는 것인 이동통신 단말기를 이용한 결제방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,결제 한도를 설정하는 단계와,가상계좌를 상기 결제 한도에 상응하도록 충전하는 단계를 더 포함하고,결제승인여부를 결정하는 단계는 상기 결제 한도의 초과여부에 따라 승인을 결정하는 것인 이동통신 단말기를 이용한 결제방법.
- 구매자의 이동통신 단말기로부터 전송된 구매정보 및 현금거래여부 정보 포함하는 결제정보를 수신하는 단계와,구매자별로 상기 결제정보를 저장하는 단계와,상기 저장된 결제정보에 기초하여 현금거래액을 포함한 현금거래정보를 국세청 서버에 통보하는 단계를 포함하는 이동통신 단말기를 이용한 결제방법.
- 이동통신 단말기로부터 가맹점의 ID와 상기 이동통신 단말기 이용자 ID를 수신하는 단계와,상기 이용자가 상기 가맹점 멤버십에 가입되어 있는지를 확인하는 단계와,가입되어 있지 않은 경우, 상기 이용자의 신상 정보를 수신하는 단계와,상기 이용자를 상기 가맹점 멤버십에 가입시키는 단계와,상기 가입결과를 전송하는 단계를 포함하는 이동통신 단말기를 이용한 가맹점 멤버십 가입방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 전송하는 단계는,상기 이동통신 단말기로 전송하는 단계와,상기 가맹점의 단말기로 전송하는 단계와,상기 가맹점의 회원관리 서버로 전송하는 단계중 어느 하나 이상을 수행하는 것인 이동통신 단말기를 이용한 가맹점 멤버십 가입방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 신상정보를 수신하는 단계는,상기 이용자에게 신상정보 입력을 요구하여 상기 이동통신 단말기로부터 신상정보를 입력 받아 수신하는 단계와,이동통신사 서버를 통해 이동통신 단말기 이용자임을 확인하고 상기 이용자의 신상정보를 수신하는 단계중 어느 하나 이상을 수행하는 것인 이동통신 단말기를 이용한 가맹점 멤버십 가입방법.
