Abstract

본 발명은 Ni, Mn 및 Co로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 전이금속을 기반으로 하는 리튬 전이금속 산화물을 포함하고 있는 양극 활물질로서, 상기 리튬 전이금속 산화물에는 불소가 포함되어 있고, 그 중 다수의 불소는 리튬 전이금속 산화물의 표면에 위치하고 있으며, Mg, Ti, Zr, Al 및 Fe로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 금속과 황(S)이 상기 리튬 전이금속 산화물에 추가로 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 양극 활물질을 제공한다.
