Abstract

Beschrieben wird ein Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Ecke eines rahmenförmigen Abstandhalters für Isolierglasscheiben durch (a) Bereitstellen eines metallischen Hohlprofilstabes (1), welcher eine Außenwand (2), zwei zueinander parallele Flanken (3, 4) und eine Innenwand (5) aufweist, (b) Eindrücken der Innenwand (5) und der beiden Flanken (3, 4) an der für das Bilden der Ecke vorgesehenen Stelle des Hohlprofilstabes (1) und (c) Biegen des Hohlprofilstabes (1) um einen vorgegebenen Winkel.
