Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen perfundierbaren Bioreaktor zur Herstellung von menschlichen oder tierischen Geweben oder Gewebeäquivalenten, wobei deren Herstellung auf einem in den Innenraum kultivierten Konstrukt basiert, der Innenraum von einer Hülle umschlossen ist und zumindest einen Einlass und einen Auslass für ein flüssiges Nähr-Medium besitzt, der Bioreaktor mit einer Einheit zur Erzeugung eines Perfusionsdrucks des Nähr-Medium verbindbar ist. Dieser Gewebeersatz dient insbesondere zur klinisch-therapeutischen Anwendung.
