Abstract

L'invention concerne une méthode de sélection in vivo de cellules vivantes de micro-organismes sur la base de l'activité d'enzymes exprimées par les dites cellules à l'extérieur du cytoplasme de leur cytoplasme. L'invention utilise un système de compartimentation pour permettre la sélection et est applicable, en particulier, aux cellulases.
