L'invention porte sur un appareil de formation de couture qui peut effectuer un ajustement fin de la largeur d'une couture à partir de zéro par une opération manuelle simple. L'appareil de formation de couture (1) comprend un élément pince-aiguille (2) disposé au niveau de la partie inférieure d'une barre à aiguille (52), et deux aiguilles (3, 4) fixées à l'élément pince-aiguille (2). L'élément pince-aiguille (2) comprend un élément de fixation (11) fixé à la barre à aiguille (52), et un élément tournant (21) qui est disposé en rotation sur l'élément de fixation (11) et auquel sont fixées les deux aiguilles (3, 4). L'élément tournant (21) tourne de façon à changer les positions des deux aiguilles (3, 4), ce par quoi la largeur d'une couture formée par les deux aiguilles (3, 4) peut être ajustée.
