Abstract

 配向がほとんどなく且つ透明性の高いフィルムを得ることが可能なポリプロピレン系樹脂製位相差フィルム用原反フィルムの製造方法を提供する。  ポリプロピレン系樹脂製位相差フィルム用原反フィルムの製造方法は、溶融されたポリプロピレン系樹脂をTダイ12から180°C以上且つ300°C以下で押し出すことで成形された溶融状シートを、表面温度が-5°C以上且つ30°C以下とされた冷却ロール16と、表面温度が80°C以上且つ150°C以下とされたタッチロール14とによって挟圧することで、冷却固化させる工程を備える。
