Abstract

 本発明の課題は高輝度、高効率で長寿命を有する陰極体を提供することにある。  本発明の陰極体は、酸化ランタンを含有する熱伝導率の高い金属合金によって形成された円筒状カップに、低電子温度でスパッタリングできるマグネトロンスパッタ装置を用いて、LaB6膜を形成することにより製造される。
