Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Auf-, Um- oder Entladung durch Ionen, insbesondere zum Umladen von gasgetragenen Partikeln in den bipolaren Ladungszustand, wie er bei der reinen Diffusionsaufladung nach Fuchs vorliegt, unter Verwendung eines hochfrequenten Plasmas in Kombination mit einer oszillierenden Strömung. Weiterhin betrifft die Anmeldung die Verwendung der Vorrichtung zum Zweck der Neutralisation von Oberflächenladungen, der Erzeugung eines „Synthetic Jet' sowie zur Erzeugung von Schall.
