Abstract

Le procédé de purification comprend, à partir d'une solution choisie parmi (i) une solution contenant un mélange de FVIII et FvW, (ii) une solution contenant du FvW, (iii) une solution issue d'une sécrétion d'un animal non-humain et (iv) une solution issue d'un extrait végétal contenant du FVIII, une étape d'absorption du FVIII ou du FvW sur une membrane filtrante de chromatographie échangeuse d'ions.
