Abstract

L'invention porte sur un film d'alcool polyvinylique large qui est efficace pour produire un film de polarisation haute performance présentant une inégalité optique réduite provoquée par une inégalité de coloration ou une inégalité d'étirage. Le film d'alcool polyvinylique est un film formé à partir d'un liquide brut filmogène contenant un polymère d'alcool polyvinylique et un plastifiant. Dans une zone TD du film, la différence maximale (Ry) entre la teneur en plastifiant dans le film et la teneur moyenne est de 2 % ou moins. Le film a une courbe auge/crête de teneur en plastifiant concernant des fluctuations de la teneur en TD qui a une distance moyenne (Sm) de 5 cm ou plus.
