Abstract

 ストローク範囲の全域に亘って確実な防塵機能を発揮することの可能な防塵機構付きリニアアクチュエータを提供する。  防塵機構付きリニアアクチュエータに対して、ハウジング部材2の端部側に吸引口を設置したり、ハウジング部材2の側面側に複数の吸引口を設置し、これら複数の吸引口の形成数が、ハウジング部材2の中央部よりも両端側で多くなるように構成したり、ハウジング部材2の内部に隔壁111を形成し、当該隔壁111によってハウジング部材2の内部を移動ステージ4の移動区画αと吸引空気の流動区画βとに区分けしたり、ハウジング部材2の押出加工時に形成される空洞を利用して流動区画βをハウジング部材2の底面側に形成したりすることが好適である。なお、前記隔壁111は複数の開通口112を有して構成されており、前記吸引口と開通口112とを対向して設けることが好ましい。
