Abstract
L'invention concerne un actionneur linéaire ayant un mécanisme étanche aux poussières qui protège de façon fiable l'actionneur vis-à-vis de poussières dans toute la plage de course de l'actionneur. De préférence, l'actionneur linéaire a l'une quelconque des structures suivantes : une ouverture d'aspiration est disposée au niveau d'une extrémité d'un élément de boîtier (2) ; des ouvertures d'aspiration sont agencées au niveau de surfaces latérales de l'élément de boîtier (2) de telle sorte qu'un plus grand nombre d'ouvertures d'aspiration parmi les ouvertures d'aspiration sont agencées sur des côtés d'extrémité opposés de l'élément de boîtier (2) qu'au niveau du centre de celui-ci ; une paroi de séparation (111) est formée à l'intérieur de l'élément de boîtier (2) pour séparer l'intérieur de l'élément de boîtier (2) en une section de mouvement (α) pour un étage de mouvement (4) et une section d'écoulement (β) pour de l'air aspiré ; et une section d'écoulement (β) est formée sur le côté de surface inférieure de l'élément de boîtier (2) à l'aide d'une cavité formée lorsque l'élément de boîtier (2) est formé par extrusion. La paroi de séparation (111) a des ouvertures (112), et, de préférence, les ouvertures d'aspiration et les ouvertures (112) sont dirigées les unes vers les autres.
