Abstract

 器具運転時における定常時と異なる挙動を検出し、不適切な使用状態を識別可能にする。  ガスメータ100において、超音波流量計104は、流路102に流れるガスの流量を計測する。新事象検知部108は、計測された流量の流量パターンから、流体の使用環境下において、従前の使用環境には存在しない事象である新事象として、器具運転時における定常時と異なる非定常的挙動を検知する。これにより、点火不良や故障等の不適切使用の状態が識別可能となる。送受信部110は、新事象検知部108が検知した非定常的挙動の新事象を表す新事象信号を、ネットワーク300を介してセンター装置200に送信する。
