Abstract

 本発明は、無線基地局(2)と無線端末(3)との間の通信のスループット向上を図ることを目的とする。そのため、本発明の無線基地局(2)は、選択する送信方式の変わらない範囲に属する信号品質情報に対応する複数の無線端末(3)のうち、前記範囲の下限を超え、かつ、前記範囲の上限よりも小さい第1の閾値未満の信号品質情報に対応する第1の無線端末(3)の送信電力を前記送信方式の変わらない範囲で減少制御し、前記第1の閾値以上の信号品質情報に対応する第2の無線端末(3)の送信電力をより伝送効率の良い送信方式が選択されるように増加制御する。
