Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von dreidimensionalen Objekten durch aufeinanderfolgendes Verfestigen von Schichten eines pulverfbrmigen, mittels elektromagnetischer Strahlung, insbesondere Laserstrahlung verfestigbaren Aufbaumaterials an den den jeweiligen Querschnitten der Objekte entsprechenden Stellen, wobei die Vorrichtung eine Tragvorrichtung (2) zum Tragen des Objektes mit einem Träger (3) mit einer dem Objekt zugewandten Oberseite (10) aufweist und eine Beschichtungsvorrichtung zum Aufbringen von Schichten des Materials auf die Tragvorrichtung (2) oder eine zuvor gebildete Schicht vorgesehen ist, sowie eine Bestrahlungseinrichtung zum Bestrahlen von Schichten des Materials an den dem jeweiligen Querschnitt des Objektes entsprechenden Stellen dient, wobei der Träger (3) mit wenigstens einer Durchsteckausnehmung (20) versehen ist, durch welche ein insbesondere langgestreckter, vorgefertigter Körper (21) im wesentlichen nach unten weisend einsteckbar ist, an dessen nach oben weisenden Ende (Kopfende 22) durch sukzessives Verfestigen von Schichten des Aufbaumaterials ein dreidimensionales Teilobjekt anformbar ist.
