Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Schmelzen und Warmhalten von Metallschmelze, insbesondere von NE-Metallschmelzen, zum Schmelzen, Warmhalten und Dosieren von NE-Metallschmelzen, z.B. von Aluminiumwerkstoffen in einem Ofen mit separaten Kammern zum schmelzen, warmhalten und entnehmen von Schmelze, wobei der Schmelze in der Schmelzkammer Heizenergie zugeführt wird. Zur Erzielung hochwertiger Schmelze in nur einem Ofen wird das zu schmelzendes Metall schonend und tropfenweise aufgeschmolzen.
