Abstract

 本発明は、優れたBr及びHcJを有する希土類磁石を提供することを目的とする。本発明の好適な実施形態の希土類磁石は、R(但し、RはYを含む希土類元素から選ばれる1種以上の元素)、B、Al、Cu、Zr、Co、O、C及びFeから主として構成され、各元素の含有割合が、R:25~34質量%、B:0.85~0.98質量%、Al:0.03~0.3質量%、Cu:0.01~0.15質量%、Zr:0.03~0.25質量%、Co:3質量%以下(但し、0質量%を含まず。)、O:0.2質量%以下、C:0.03~0.15質量%、Fe:残部、であることを特徴とする。
