Abstract

　本発明は、第１抵抗膜を有する第１基体と、第２抵抗膜を有する第２基体と、第１抵抗膜および第２抵抗膜の少なくとも一方に対して電気的に接続する配線導体と、第１抵抗膜と第２抵抗膜とが対向する第１対抗領域に介在するスペーサと、を備えたタッチパネルに関する。スペーサは、第１抵抗膜および第２抵抗膜の少なくとも一方と配線導体とが対向する第２対抗領域にも介在している。本発明はまた、第２対向領域に前記スペーサを介在させることに代えて、第２対抗領域に介在する絶縁膜をさらに備えたものであってもよい。絶縁膜の構成材料は、スペーサの構成材料と同じとされる。
