Abstract

 本発明の一実施形態に係る信号変換回路2は、差動アンプ部10とソースフォロア部20とを備えている。差動アンプ部10は、直列に接続された第1及び第2の抵抗器11,12と、直列に接続された第3及び第4の抵抗器13,14と、第1及び第2のPMOSトランジスタ15,16と、電流源18とを有し、ソースフォロア部20は、第1及び第2のNMOSトランジスタ22,24を有している。この第1のNMOSトランジスタ22のソースは第1及び第2の抵抗器11,12の間に接続され、第2のNMOSトランジスタ24のソースは第3及び第4の抵抗器13,14の間に接続されている。
