Abstract

 配線基板20の表面20a側には、複数のLED21が取り付けられており、裏面20b側にはLED21に給電を行うための配線回路22や放熱を行うための金属膜アイランド23が設けられる。そして、配線基板20の表面20a側すなわち配線回路22や金属膜アイランド23が設けられていない側には、シリコーン樹脂にシリカを含有させた液状樹脂を滴下した後に硬化させたレンズ30が、各LED21をそれぞれ覆うように設けられる。それによって、液状樹脂の滴下によって基板上に形成されるカバー部材の歪みを抑制する。
