Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet des compositions génératrices de gaz azoté, à faible température de décomposition, et des procédés de génération de gaz azoté comprenant Ia décomposition de telles compositions. Lesdites compositions comprennent: de 20 à 80 % en masse d'azodicarbonamide; de 20 à 80 % en masse d'une charge réductrice azotée; de 0 à moins de 10% en masse d'au moins un additif; ledit azodicarbonamide et ladite charge réductrice azotée représentant au moins 90 % de leur masse et ladite charge réductrice azotée comprenant : au moins un composé d'une première famille d'éléments réducteurs choisi parmi le tétrazole, les dérivés du tétrazole et leurs sels, les sels du bitétrazole et de ses dérivés, les sels du 5,5'-azobitétrazole, les polyvinyltétrazoles et leurs mélanges; et/ou au moins un composé d'une deuxième famille d'éléments réducteurs choisi parmi la dicyandiamide, le 1-hydrobenzotriazole, le nitrure de silicium, la nitroguanidine, le nitrate de guanidine et leurs mélanges, une charge réductrice azotée et de l'azodicarbonamide.
